I like Guthrie Govan and his vids. But I've got to the stage where I hate scrolling down to see the moronic nonsence and vomit worthy shite that floods the comments section on what seems to be every vid. And I thought the Vai vids were bad for that. This is a whole new level.

I've got it. I found the first book to be way more helpful, but the 2nd book is good too. Just more technical flashy stuff in addition to approaching outside playing and more exotic scales. Guthrie himself told me he likes the first book a lot more. Get it anyways!
