  • once the water is boiling do you turn the stove top off or do you just lower the heat and let the clothes sit?

  • what if i just wanna dye just a piece of the whole fabric. Like a small spot. How do i do that? Thanx. Ur awesome by the way. =)

  • I dare you to make another video

    LOVE,

    YOUR SISTER

  • What's the name of that song you used in the intro ?

  • keep in mind that the dye adhears to EVERYTHING!! including metal, so i would strongly recommend using a pot that you will NOT BE COOKING FOOD IN after dying cloths in it. and anyone who tells you not to worry about it is completely INSANE!!!, very dangerous!, dont put dye anywhere near anything your gonna use for eating or cooking, includeing spatulas and other stirring utensils,

  • That intro was so cute!

  • do you wet your garment before putting it in the dye water?

  • @buffpnoy14 yes, you do. i think it makes it easier to dye .. not sure. but you do wet it (:

  • @honeeyjheaan with hot water again right? do i wash my garment after i dye?

  • I wish u can start over doing videos ;c

  • hey what type of salt should you use and should you keep the water boiling while your letting the color set? By the way awesome turntable lol!

  • Just a quick ???? Did you just let it air dry....And do you just wash it regularly after....How long after do you wait to wash cloths after dying??????

  • I'm in love with your face

  • What's the name of this song???????

  • @BOoBoO4LiFe951 its in the downbar

  • TheWickyd1.......don't be a moron....her intro was super cute!

  • your intro is annoying, but the video was informative

  • @TheWickyd1 Agree.

  • I don't know why my math teacher failed me check out my math!

Sick ass tutorial + Hot ass babe = Well Nuff Said

  • Hi Josefine:) My name is kellie and i LOVED your hair tutorial!!! maybe you can upload another video of doing another curly hair style because i love curling hair:) or maybe you can at least post a video of how u cute you hair cuz i have really thick blondish brownish hair like you and your hair is to die for:) THANK YOU LOVE YA!!!

  • Your so Beautiful :)

    Upload more Videos.

  • hi, hope that i'm not sounding rude, it's just that i didn't get a reply to my lust comment, or mayby u havn't been online lol, anyways just wondering if you could do another video showing how to dye a t-shirt as I need one for a christmas do at the end of november, if you wouldn't mind making a video as it's easier to understand that in writing lol, thanks for your time, :)

  • ROCK AND RAVE!

  • Hi, just watched your video on how to dye the clothes, and was just wondering if you wouldn't mind making a video on how to dye a t shirt using the same method, and would you also mind going through the things that you need more in depth like for example showing us the best times when you need to wear the gloves etc, thanks :)

  • how can i turn a black pencil skirt green??? i need to know before halloween please?

and where can i get the dye???

  • @wonderwoman71810 - sorry to get back to you so late, but this sounds like it might be a bit tricky to do. i would try bleaching it multiple times to get it as light as possible, then dye it green. you may need to dye it green twice. but i'm not sure, i've never tried this.

  • I'm about to dye some pants. until the help from your video I was unable to determine when water was boiling.. thanks for the help! (cute dj session and dying fact).

  • @IgnoranceAlliance does the color go away?im going to dye a pair of pants. also do i pour the whole bottle?

  • @buffpnoy14 likely use whole bottle (especially if going dark).. I don't really have enough experience to give advice other than recommending reading the bottle and watching a couple vids on youtube.. (use hot water..? salt to set dye..? wash separately from other clothes or by hand after..?) ..just do a little research and go for it.. good luck/ have fun!

  • Can you dye something else jean material so i can see it better, perhaps a lighter neon color?

  • the pot didn't get ruined did it?

oh and where did you get the dye?

and uhh I'm jealous of your boyfriend if you have one, I'm assuming you do because your absolutely beautiful, just sayin

  • @jorgesun7 - nono, the pot is fine and still being used for cooking! the dye is from my local craft store (tall mouse). yes i do have one, but thanks so much, you're sweet!

  • Q D π!

  • I have a bright yellow cardigan but I never wear it since it's so freaking bright...and I was wondering if I do the same thing you did and dye it black, will it still hold the dye and everything?

  • Personality/check, cute dancing/check, just plain cute/double check. Thanx for the video.

  • how would i do it in the washing machine?

  • Wow. Beautiful woman

  • ....you needed to dye it black because you couldn't match things to denim?

  • @BelleCassidy - i just dislike light colored denim. it's a personal preference thing, no need to be condescending.

  • I LOVE YOUR INTRODUCTION!!!!!!

  • Thank you sooo much ! i just dyed my ugly beige dress teal and now i love it ! (:

  • "Ok so this dye, it's like dye..." Lol she's cute.

  • Where did you get the dye?

  • I was gonna dislike the video before I saw your face...

  • OMG yay for Introducing Palace Players! :D

    Oh yeah, great tutorial ^^

  • can you dye hair with that???

    just curious.

  • You cant drain the dye water into the drain. It has to be disposped properlly, considering it is toxic chemical.

  • @DhaliwalA1 Some dyes are ok to disposed of through the drain. It just depends on the ingredients.

  • did it stain your pot

  • Does the fabric after you dye it rub off other clothes?

  • what was the veeery first song u played'?

  • @livurlife12698 DANCE- Justice

  • how long did you leave it the pot to soak up its color? like how many hours?

  • you made skirt stew :)

  • I'm sorry to be "That Guy" but you are incredibly hot

  • great job!

  • Wow! beautiful eyes! oh and nice video.

  • 0q0....ehhhh, so why did i click in this video..? OHH! Dyeing Fabric !

  • wow!! u make it look soooo easy :..thanks..:)

  • after you dye them and take them out of the pot, do you wash them in the washer right away or wait till they dry then wash them?

  • holy crap that's a shyt load of dye! lol

  • Was the pot ruined after soaking? Also can you just pour the dye down in the sink and it won't stain the sink? Can't wait to dye me jeans! Thanks

  • i try to pay attention to what u are doing but your so beautiful i cant

  • Thanks

  • soooooo HOOOOOOOOT!

  • HOTTNESS...srry ummm good video

  • wow you look like Ashlee Simpson

  • your beautiful and your eyes are sexy as hell!

  • i think she turned out great.

  • You would have better results with Dylon dye. Also you can get Dylon die that will dye both synthetic and cotton fibers

  • Can u re-use the dye after that skirt?

  • @JojoLovesMakeup i don't think so.

  • after dying is done, does the colour run the next time you wash

  • you have GREAT taste in music

  • i think i love you!.....call me!

  • Hey, I want to dye my skinny jeans red, but I want it to be permanent as well vibrant. The jeans are naturally white, I heard Dylon works but someone was saying, colour goes by weight of clothing?

How much do jeans weigh on average?

  • 15 funny no homo

  • cool beans! lol

  • good video thanx

    ps ur very cute

  • i think your cute

  • your so beautiful keep smiling thanks im making a backpack and it haz to be black

  • where do u get the liquid dye?

  • do they have lime green dye

if they do could i dye my skinny jeans if i bleach them whit before

  • @iloveducttape1

You might have to bleach them a few times before the green... I know bleaching jeans can just turn them pink or salmon colored sometimes.

  • @iloveducttape1

Use clorox, mixed in a bottle with water and spray it, check back every 15 minutes. Do this in a bathtub, but I would recommend buying the jeans white originally. :)

  • omg your so cute girl!

  • u r pretty hot

  • Can I use this to dye car seats?

  • @osvaldo2k5

Not if the fabric is synthetic. You saw how the seam of my skirt (a polyester thread) was still brown after the dyeing. Only natural fabrics absorb the dye.

Find out what your car seat is made out of!

  • WOW! what an entrance.

  • how long does the black dye stay in for? and is it like a jet black?

  • I loveeeeeeeeee ur eyes!!! (: Ok well I have a question. I have the powdered one. And I want to make it spiral. but idk how. Can u help me with it?

  • U R HOT!!!!

  • @JES2691

    thank you

  • Hello, i have used rit fabric dye and dyed several clothes of mine recently. i notice there is a weird odor to these clothes after dying them. how do you get rid of the dye smell?

  • One question, when your fabric is soaking, does the water have to be hot or can you turn off the fire and let the water cool as your dyeing for fabric...

  • Wow the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen!!. You have super model good looks, no kidding.

  • no lie no lie....

  • i must say she has lovely eyes

  • Radical Tutorial Video on dyeing fabric. I dyed two Ardyss under garments black with great success (even though I forgot to wet the garments first :0P, it stilled grabbed the dye very well!). This video was exactly what I was looking for & helped tremendously. Job well done! ☻

  • Oh man... I could stare at this girl all day. Get lost in those eyes

  • wow.. nice video, and you are cute as well.. lol

  • great vid

  • do you leave the fire on while its soaking for the several hours lol of did u turn it off and let it soak

  • Turn it off!

  • What is the track that starts at 3:00 ? It's pretty awesome, and by the way, great video !

  • X-rx! See the description box!

  • do they still sell RIT dye cause i saw on a website that they dont sell them anymore.

if they do still sell it where can i get some?

  • Super Wal-mart, in the washing detergent section.

  • can I dye a fabric with hair dye?

  • I don't think so :/

  • Please help!!!

What brand is the dye color?

and where can i buy it?

  • Thanks (:

    I'm actually Danish, not French!

(I do speak some French, though)

  • Yay, this helped!! ^^ Just hope the blue costume dress I wanna dye red turns out! =D It's gonna be for a cosplay I wanna do. ^w^ Yayz! <3

  • love the mew track at the end

  • thanks dog this video is just what I was looking for, do you know how long it lasts?

  • So do I, honaaay, so do I! :D

  • you're really pretty! omg! i wish i could look like you!

  • your pretty...luv ur eyes..

  • While the skirt was sitting in the dye for a few hours was the water still boiling or did you turn of the stove?

  • thank you very much! :)

  • Mine was in for 3 hours, but 2 should be more than enough. This also depends on the size of the garment. If you're dyeing a large coat, more time is needed.

As for your knit--this depends on what it is made of. If its synthetic, the dye will not cling. If its natural (wool, cotton) then it will work!

  • hi! thnx for the video! this is realy umportant :)

    i have questions!

how much time exextly the fabric should stay in?

and the color is a regular tie dye color?

and i can dye also knit shirts?

  • How much salt do you use? and is it okay to pour the water & dye solution down the sink when you've finished or will it stain the sink ?

  • The instructions of the bottle of dye will tell you. It depends...

  • thanks for the tips they worked good on my martial arts uniform.....bet you look hot and delicious in that micro mini.

  • yay now i can dye my hat but where would i get Rit?

  • Most crafts stores. I got mine at Tall Mouse.

  • the opening sequence put a smile on my face. how cute.

  • just curious..did you turn the heat off all the way when you put your skirt in to dye..or did you just put it on low?

    great video...love the music!!

  • Turn it offffff, & thanks :D

  • awsome, can you dye tough fabrics?, like i have this turtleneck jumper thats brown, it feels cotten/feltish and quite thick?

  • Can you find the exact percentages of materials in the tag? Synthetic materials (polyester) don't hold dye, only natural ones (silk, cotton).

  • ah its 100% polyester is there any other way of colouring it? i heard this clothes spray dye works?, or paint o.o

  • Yeah, that's not going to hold the dye. The stitches in my skirt are synthetic and they didn't hold the black dye--they are still brown. I don't know what else will work. I think you're better off buying a new sweater (:

  • great job! i have a question, like if i wash it couple of times in the laundry, will the colour come off? or blend in with other clothes together? or if i get it wet from the rain or w/e, will the colour leak out? and like go on to other clothings? lol thx

  • The color does fade in the wash, but very slowly. It does not rub off in the washing machine, or when wet in general.

However, when you wash it for the first time (after rinsing color out), I recommend washing it alone.

  • ohh ok, thank u very much!

  • HAHA i wasnt expecting a gorgeous girl to be making a video on dyeing cloth. haha but anyway... awesome job on the video.

and do i hear a little northern accent? haha

  • Can you put the item in the dryer?

  • You can treat the item the same as you would have without dyeing it. So yes, absolutely.

  • k. im not even gonna lie. while ur movie was very helpful, i was paying attention to ur overall hotness. lolz ...

  • also, the dye washes out of the pot, right?

  • glad you like the video!

yes, the pot was fine afterward (:

  • do u turn off the heat when the clothes is in the pot?

  • Yes, just let it sit and slowly cool for about 3 hours.
