Looks like screwattack may've even mentioned in thier screwing around yesterday that they might like an rka anime as well (if I heard right), konami should just bit the bullet and do it, do one of the timeline before rocket knight if they could and try and find a similar animation team to this promo and make it like a cross between thundercats reboot (with a similar animation team if possible).
Hell if I had the money and resources I'd endorse this (but I don't), only thing we can do is keep asking konami on facebook, it's annoying how bubsy got a cartoon series when he sucked but sparkster never did, maybe even atleast an ova, it can and should be done.
Speaking of this promo found a few more rare screens that we never saw from that promo on vg nostalgia (type in rocket knight adventures and it'll show up) youtube won't let me post the link.
It shows three new pics, one of sparkster fighting dragon (2nd boss in lvl 1), one of sparkster looking dumbfounded and one of sparkster running away from something.
