The Tweak activates the slick tyres; i don't know how to change rims :( I've seen some programs for it, but i never used, so i can't opine...

Downloads -> Tool Base -> Internal modifications. It's the Tweak3 (build 1) ;)

you must change the specs in the field "UF1/XFG/XRG", these are one of the most important changes. Torque must be changed to 0.9

No. I passed you data. Changing just this, probably the car will rev much slower now...more power in lower rpm's

You can buy the game in lfsdotnet, but Tweak (program that allows you to edit the cars) you can find in LFS-databasedotcom (PS: Tweak works only with S2 unlocked) :)
