There is brain drain because there is lack of opportunity in Trindad. Not that the education system is poor. Our literacy rate is the highest among the Caribbean, and although UWI may not be recognised by you Amercians, it is the best university in the Caribbean. Obviously your universities may be better because U.S.A. is first-world rated, and is three hundred times more populated than Trinidad. That makes you no more better than us.
