@SleepingGiantsSister No I understand what your saying but if you get out of that canoe and pan on the side of there bank then they do get upset. I find that asking takes very little time and I have also found that many want to join you and see what they can find. I tend to get more land to use that way. Just how we do it
i know of a tree that has had lots and lots of material run thru it... the tree was somewhat hollow, but looked like a natural sluice box.... I intend on finding out.....
@KevinDR1987 I would love to do some desert video but we don't have any near us, although this summer we are planning to go out west and hit a few dry spots maybe it will hape you in your search for gold
Great video...How are you supposed to gather material between the eddys of a bolder in the middle of the streem? Wont the gold go down the stream as soon as you lift it up?
@bowbin17 Hello! I do find that in the dryer season it's much easier to get the dirt out. Usally the gold thats in the dirt will not wash out ,it's heavy and is a lot harder to wash away. Just remember to be safe, don't go digging in high water or rapid moving water. Be safe and have fun
@Outdoorsman631 LOL! I was talking more about creeks and streams. If you understand how much pounding goes on under the water you will know that going under and river fall might not be very fun. The scale we work on is small streams and trust me they do yield gold.
Instructional video with out the garbage. I learned more on this video than all other videos combined. Thank you so much I live in the Lancaster ca area whish is the western mojave area. I have many spits to hunt for gild but I could not understand where to look. We have alot of ancient river beds and I wantto bring some buckets of gravel to wash at my house in my homemade sluice 5 stars!

how are you supposed to look for gold in the caves and holes at the bottom of falls without getting sucked down under by the falls??
