I may not agree with this decision. But I do NOT believe that people should be convicted on the basis of anything BUT REASONABLE DOUBT, and there was so MUCH of it in the prosecutions POOR case of PROVING their case. This woman may, as you say, pay in hell. I appreciate your sentiments.

Put all your opinions aside and lets say Casey really did not do this. What you have in this case is an innocent mother convicted for her daughters murder. Nothing can bring her daughter back but the fact that an innocent mother was not convicted of a crime she didn't do does have GREAT justice!

Since our system is not based off of peoples biased opinions and fact, the right decision was made. It's better to let 10 guilty people free then to put an innocent person behind bars for the rest of their life due to one's "SPECULATIONS"

There are hundreds of innocent people in prison right now who looked just as guilty as Casey..But guess what? They were innocent. Bottom line is that court room JUSTICE was served today because the jurors clearly put aside their opinions and based the case off of evidence and proof. There was no proof that she committed any crime which goes to prove that our court systems have upheld justice today.

The reason she was not found guilty is because there was no evidence to PROVE that she committed any crime. Just because you have "SPECULATIONS" or "OPINIONS" does not mean you can convict someone for a crime

it is reasonable doubt; the prosecution has the burden of proof,the jury didn't see enough substance to find her guilty.People need to stop calling it a failure of our system,regardless of opinion,if the jury has any shred of doubt they cannot have a guilty plea.The second we start filing guilty pleas without undeniable evidence is the second we fail.She may have killed,but the jury has to have undeniable evidence and if we start going based solely on opinions then we lose control of our system.
