Well damn. At 3:50 Tarja hits that high note better than whoever plays Christine in the movie ('cuz I don't know her name -.-;;). That shocks and amazes me.

Next time anybody does stuff for POTO, they should pick Tarja. In most of the versions of this song that I've heard, the singer can't reach that note and it sounds like she's being strangled to death. Just not good, in general.

...And that's my roundabout way of saying she's a hell of a lot better. :)

I think marco sounded better, but thats just my opinion. The way he sang it stood out to me. Won't take nothing from this guy, he sang great.

I know what you mean. The whole deal with the Phantom was that he was supposed to be this really smooth and kind of clean guy (though I'm not sure I explained that right).

Marco just didn't fit the bill, for obvious reasons, though the version with him singing is very good as well.
