Well I wouldn't think so because then Kurt wouldn't be singing it cause...well he is gay so he has no romantic feelings towards women. Maybe they're just singing it (Kurt probably about a boy) and the rest of the guys to a girl. Thought I don't think that they'd pull Blaine out of the hat so soon or place him in a romantic situation right away.
