Ah yes, N64 Bowser's Castle. I quite often run into people who pick this stage again and again. They usually do well here too, so I get the feeling this is their "best course" and are picking it again and again because it gives them the likeliest chance of winning. That and it's almost nothing but straightaways, making it great to wheelie from beginning to end. Let me guess--Tobi is one of the ones picking it constantly? Or whoever his partner is...

Also, why did you withhold on the Mushroom?

@Overhazard It actually turned out to be a coincidence, upon reviewing the raw footage, Tobi left immediately after that race and it had been selected as N64 Bowser's Castle by random chance. It was someone else entirely who didn't enter until after that race who kept picking it until we went there again.

I honestly can't figure out why I do some weird things like that, but I'll have to chalk it up to being preoccupied thinking about something else, passing up item use opportunities sometimes.

I think you could've placed 2nd overall, or eve 1st in N64 Bowser's Castle if you used the Mushroom. That and if you didn't hit the corner.
