It breaks my heart to see a smelly bus on route 23... I hope Septa is smart enough to reintroduce light rail on the 23, 56, 60, and the other lines in North Philadelphia.

I am not sure. I think it is one of those R7, R8 bridges but I don't think I ever saw a train go over it. There are caternary wires up there to.
