  • Great idea - and might be extended out to other chronic issues. Best of health to you Jane. Hope you are doing well.

  • Are there more videos in this series? I am 6 weeks post concussion and about to lose my mind. I was so excited to find these two videos and would love to know a bit more about how you played and how it worked.

  • These sound like great ideas. Many people focus on physical therapy after injury and forget about mental therapy. You mentioned your sister is a bit of a wiz in yoga which would be great for your recovery, but have you considered trying some activities that are tactile like yoga and don't tax the brain too much? I found gardening to be a great activity that keeps me busy, but also allows me to relax my brain or think through problems at a very low stress and leisurely pace.

  • I had no sound on my available rig the last week, now I am home and able to listen to these and ponder them and respond.

  • How about an online board of boredom busting advisors? They could help you figure out "post concussion healthy" activities to do during the day... Perhaps places to explore in your home town??

  • I'm rooting for you. This too shall pass.
