I agree that this is dope, but I guarantee this was not a spur of the moment thing. They knew they were going to perform. First of all, they all had wireless mics hidden in the couch, when they were already wearing clip mics for the interview doesn't make sense unless they knew they were going to perform. Also, the levels were perfect as if they had soundchecked previous to performance. Plus, the roots knew the song pretty well, even the breaks. leads me to beleive they planned to perform.
