one thing about PC's today, ALL of them have a backup to do a factory restore if all else fails, HP, turn it off, then back on, when you see the screen where you run diagnostics, hold down F11 and there is a built in feature to re-install windows, on a Toshiba, start it up and hold down the zero key until it goes into "Setup" not much rocket science in that.

if it is the blue screen of death, we will look into the ram and heat problem in cpu, or AD lines in cpu socket...etc There can be a number of causes when dealing with blue screen...

I'll tell you, I recently went back to using linux after many years of being away, and by using google, I was able to solve all the issues I was having. I came to the chat room here whenever google couldn't help me, everyone in the chat here is so helpful when it comes to things. Someone most likely is willing to give you the pointers you need.
