hes easy as shyt you do storm eagles stage first to change the stage so theres no power and he cant use his thunder attack thingy and then u can use storm tornado to hit him multiple times and he dies quickly

this boss sucks soo much, only stay in a wall... avoiding these "water or sticky balls" shot, he come down, jump, wall, avoid, shot, shot...
