i believe this is fake. what is done is the footage of the girl looking back into the mirror is cropped and replayed over the original footage, but this time only in the rectangle part of the mirror.

when the girl looks into the mirror initially she blinks but just before she turns away that part of the image is replayed, with the same blink as before. sleep well kids :)
