I've tried Maca root and it does make a difference. Not tried this Horny Goat Weed but I'm going to give it a go since I' came across some bulk powder suppliers on ebay. I'm going to try make an aphrodisiac smoothie with it, Maca and maybe something else like Sarsaparilla powder.

I have no problems sexually as im only 25 but thought i would try some just to see what it does. I bought some Horny goat weed extract, 20% icariin and it's done nothing for me, except leave a nasty taste in my mouth! Maybe its just because im pretty randy already, dunno!? I tried first with 1 gram and tried again with 2 grams but still nothing different! I did get a hard on a few mins after i took it but i think thats just because i was thinking of sex and expecting it, like a placebo effect :/

Herbs dont usually work quickly, which may be the problem. Herbs unlike typical drugs can sometimes take weeks before you feel the true effect. L-arginine in comparison takes 40 min lol. And then again it just may not have an effect on ya who knows.

Yes, since my comment i have done a bit of research and it seems that this stuff may take a few days or like you said even weeks to kick in.. I think before trying it a lot of people (including myself) get the idea that it will turn them into some kind of sexual tyrannosaur after one dose which is definitely not the case. I bought a 100g bag though so I will keep taking it and see what happens :)

Yes it did work for me after!!! But you will have to take it for about a week or so before you notice anything.. Once it kicks in its pretty intense though, make sure you got a woman handy or else you'll probably end up with arm ache if ya get me :)

Ive been taking 60% icariin horny goat weed on and off for the last few months and I totally love it, I have not had any bad side effects and my motivation for sex and being up for it has more than tripled.
The caps I take are 200mg of 60% icariin extract (500mg pre-extraction weight), I take 2 a day then I find after a few week I can come off them and im great libido wise, then just top up if necessary, great herb for sheezy.

update uped the dosage and its producing way better results i take 4 (1200 mg) right before activity and its a night and day difference but that probably means im doubling the risk of possible side effects but ive been taking 4 now for a few days and no change in health still if anyone knows better natural solutions or other brands lemme know thanks

I got two bags of horny goat weed and deer antler (both very fine powders) from a friend who got them at a health food store. I just mixed a bit of both in some milk and drank.
