Hi Greenman, the one deep history climate event I can think of where Co2 & temp don't track (for a long time at least) is the Snowball earth period (around 600 million years ago!) Earth froze. The rain cycle froze, and stopped. No rain = no Co2 washed out of the sky. Volcanoes poking up through the ice released Co2 until it was a HUGE % of atmosphere! Here, Co2 saved life on earth, and broke the snowball! Interesting story, but it highlights the POWER of Co2 as a Greenhouse gas.

You show a weak link to mass extinction in this video when most agree it was probably caused by a meteor or comet, NOT CO2.

the "faint young sun" relates to 3 to 4 billion years ago, when in fact, the sun may have been much fainter. As far as low temps with high co2, read up on snowball earth, or see my explanation here

I am telling you what other Warmers have told me. The reason there was no runaway Warming in the past when the CO2 was 14X what it is now is because of a weak sun. 6% less.
Now your trying to tell me that with a sun similar to ours, there was 14 X more CO2 than we have now, Yet the temp did not runaway, in fact it got colder.
This was due to ocean currents. Well maybe CO2 is not such a factor after all if thats the case.

There was a spike of warming from a cold climate,(800-1200AD), No CO2 to cause it. Then followed by a mini ice age, again CO2 not the cause.

Hi Greenman, the one deep history climate event I can think of where Co2 & temp don't track (for a long time at least) is the Snowball earth period (around 600 million years ago!) Earth froze. The rain cycle froze, and stopped. No rain = no Co2 washed out of the sky. Volcanoes poking up through the ice released Co2 until it was a HUGE % of atmosphere! Here, Co2 saved life on earth, and broke the snowball! Interesting story, but it highlights the POWER of Co2 as a Greenhouse gas.

those changes are no longer in effect, in fact, we should be cooling slightly, but we are not.

@rovinpiper where is the proof that it is man made? There has all ways been changing weather. The 50 year drought in the American north west in the early 15 century Or the little ice age in Europe? That's 2 events of great global warming and cooling before modern man. There are hundreds of events like that through out history before modern man.

There data all ways gives the outcome they want no matter what.
