Once Hitler has been removed from the timestream, he's gone from that timeline, even if Einstein himself later gets zapped. And besides, it isn't even the same Einstein. The Einstein who took out Hitler was from the "real world" timeline with Nazi Germany, whereas the Einstein who gets removed by the Soviets here was the one from the Red Alert timeline.

The Einstein from the real world probably died after GWWII, at 1955 and all his research was destroyed, maybe that's why he has to 'invent' Chronosphere again during GWWII (RA2). This Einstein is from Red Alert timeline I guess :D

@chang2103 Sorry about responding after 3 months: When there are more than one travel back in time, the last changes made are kept, and Hitler was released from prision in 1924. If Cherdenko went before this year, perhaps Hitler would be alive; well it's rarely possible. Its better to don't play with time: who knows what unforessen consecuences we can make?

@makemap I know I'm responding super super super late... but was't Hitler released from prison in 1924? If this was so... Einstein went to 1924 to remove Hitler... not 1946... that was the end of the World War II... AFTER Hitler died. In Red Alert 3, they went to 1927. So if it followed Red Alert 2's Allied Ending... then Hitler would still be removed and they're just going 3 years after Hitler's removal to change time once again.

You can't say that the only effective option was to drop a bomb on two major population centres. Why not first try to drop one in the Sea of Japan? That may have freaked the Japanese out and prevented hundreds of thousands of deaths. Even after dropping it one city, why did they need to wipe out a second city? It was an event which still causes illness in Japan today.

Nuclear weapons would have existed anyway regardless of whether Einstein was around or not.

There are no red alert as 1, as if it had been done with the technology of today, would be far much better than the 2 and 3. It has a very good story and theme, various units and are able to differentiate between the Soviets and allies, as the powerful boats, and the mighty tanks and planes.

Just as there are no red alert 1, that the only thing wrong is its graphics, but for the time in which it was performed, but no one can ask for.
