They're from the Pomp and Circumstance segment of Fantasia 2000 (the Noah's Ark thing) but 2:10 was from The Lion King itself.

Well it depends. If I'm having a lot of fun doing it, then it usually takes about 1-3 days. But if it's a pretty lengthy video, then I take more time with it, of course.
