hi, ive got a zen style 100.....i cant put music/videos/pics on it =( please can u help me!! i did what u just did but it dont work on my player D= and ive downloaded the creative center thing that u have to download but when i want to put music on the music isnt there?? what the hell?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! thanks

obviously i need to download the software into my com right. (the cd which comes with the zan when u bought it) my cousin misplace the cd and now i cant put anything in my zen.. & im soooo frustrated...can u tell me wat to do.. ?? plllsss

@nanastussy well for me .. when i bought the 'zen' . i had the program with it .. there is a folder called : sarter pack .. and then u can find the program .. this is what happened with me .. i'm not so sure if u can find that .. however , i'm sure u can find it by google !!!

umm an easier way is to go to my computer after u plug in ur zen then their should be a zen iconn then click on it then click on the memory then click on music folder then just drag ur music list in that folder
