thank you for showing the different types of stitching. I have been doing bunka for quite a number of years but it is good to refresh the memory on the correct way of stitching.
Is this different to punch needle or is it the same? Cause punch needle knitting looks like a rug when it's done. I'm a bit confused about it. Thanks.
I love what you can do with this Bunka but would it be fair to say that these stitches can unravel easily? Is that why you cannot wash these articles after being punch stitched?

It looks like the threads could be unravelled very easily. How do you ensure that the threads do not come undone? How can we wash the piece if it needs to be washed? This means that it cannot be used on wearables. Is this correct?

the threads are not 'locked in'so they could unravel and they are not colour fast if they get wet.
Bunka is only meant for pictures on the wall.
