the heart is not on the left side, it's in the center, check an anatomy textbook... moreover, if you press your finger into the spot where your ribs meet, then you can often feel your own heart beat... he's skinny, he's not moving his heart around...

it is in the middle your right. the illusion of it being on the left is caused by the left side of the heart is much bigger than the right therefore feeling and sounding as if on the left :)
