In fact, konami came up with the dance, DJ, guitar, and drum idea first before anything came out. If anything else is released after konami came up with it, without their permission, their infringing on konami's patents and copyrights to the music game genre. thats why guitar hero, Activision, Harmonix, pentavision and DJ MAX were all sued.
