Bush INCLUDED A PUSH TO OPEN ANWR for drilling! The Senate version of the bill couldn't even be debated, though, because of votes against cloture by six filibustering senators. It was your man Bill Clinton who closed off several areas of the U.S. to oil production and who supported the ban on drilling in ANWR. LOL....moron!!
