I fucking hate when 614ers act like the treatment center is the only place for graffiti in columbus. It's not, there are tunnels, other abndoned buildings, and other places with the some amount of paint covering the walls. I'd take a clean reffer or hopper train over that stupid ass plant anyday.
this is awesome, i've seen so much of Rilla's work, and I've been to the water plant several times. The bad part is, that tag was probably painted over within a couple weeks, maybe even days! Check out my website for Columbus graffiti:
