Great exercises. My s&c coach makes us hold the dumbbell above the head with arm extended when doing the split squats, really challenges the core. Like the hamstring one def gona give it a try. For anyone doubting the massage roller, I can guarantee you will reduce recovery time, you can use a solid plastic pipe if your on a budget. I've even used a coke bottle filled with frozen water when injured. My mate uses a hockey ball for the glutes, try using a baseball! thanks for the vid

It depends on how you define strength. I never said it was a how to get strong workout, its a good break from the basics like squats and leg presses. Change is good. Try it for 6 weeks then go back to heavy basics
@BeyondShadowsTV dude this is more a conditioning workout. strength is always important, but if you don't wanna turn yourself into a 220lb beast that can't move, this workout works just fine.
I was just re-watching the video and thought I would comment on my experience with the stability ball hamstring curls at your request. I had seen GSP doing this exercise in one of his exercise videos before and then your video brought them to my attention again so I figured it was time to try them out. It is now one of my favorite hamstring exercises along with glute-ham raises. The single leg variation has been working fantastically for me. Thanks.
Awesome man, it is a REALLY Good exercise! Low impact on the joints, easy on the lower back, and you get a crazy contraction off it. Glad you liked it
solid workout. i compete luta livre and traditional heavy lifting was fuckin up my joints. ive been doin this for about a month and my shots feel faster and my knees feel great. keep adding videos... how about an "upper body like phil davis video
Thanks man, you cant go "Heavy" all the time. Anyone squatting big weight sooner or later will get injured. I cant train heavy anymore from a herniated disc so I find creative ways to hit my legs. I have a ton more cool training vids ill try to post soon!

These are all great exercises. Ive been doing them and have had significant results. Dont not post videos cause of retards who dont know what the hell theyre doing. Theres still people like me benefiting from your videos. Keep up the good work
Don`t give up posting Rob, after 10 years I`m soooo sick of the same old crap, I downloaded the Shin Ohtake workout and just ordered the Rushfit workout from GSP for my birthday...you made me want to go to gym tonight and try this out, plate lunges, bridges & stability ball here I come :) Just kinda stunned y`all wear tees to gym, too darn hot, I`d burn!
@Incurable1488 Yeah, if you don't know who Georges St Pierre is, he's one of the worlds best MMA fighters ever. When your fighting in the cage, you need work capacity and strength endurance. If you just do powerlifting/bodybuilding movements, you'll have your bulky ass smashed to pieces in 1 minute. This is for fighters.... If your looking for faggots to troll?.... Try the Jay Cutler videos. There's nothing more gay than watching muscly, tanned bodybuilders posing.
Well now that I'm not in a testosterone-induced rage, why wouldn't you be able to get strength endurance and explosiveness by doing high repetitions of intermediate weight squats, deadlifts etcetera? Wouldn't it be a lot simpler to just do supersets of say, a dozen narrow stance ATG squats with 220 as fast as possible, 1 minute rest, a dozen wide stance squats to parallel with 315 as fast as possible, 1 minute rest, two dozen burpees as fast as possible, etc?
@Incurable1488 Now that I'm no longer in troll mode, To be honest, I wouldn't know. I don't know a lot about strength and conditioning, I just pretend I do when I'm trolling online. I have a feeling, it has something to do with making the workouts sports specific. Also some of the top fighters often do things like 10 reps of 4 or 5 leg exercises (for example) in a row, without rest. I personally train like this. But again, I don't know what it does, I just copy what the pros do.
If that's your inclination, you should check out stuff like the 20 rep squat. It's pretty beastly on its own, maybe you might like it. The idea is that you take your squat 10 rep max and force out 20 of them, but you have to do it all in one set, you can't set the bar down. Needless to say it works the legs a little, lol.
I do agree that for MMA they probably have to do a lot of speed conditioning on top of the strength training, though.
Glad you liked it. There are too many retarded people on youtube so i have pretty much stopped adding videos because of trolls. I am glad to hear feedback from people who are sensible and have something good to contribute. Thank you Andrei.
@robkingfitness Don't stop making videos because of trolls. I genuinely took a lot out of this demonstration and have now put into my weekly workout. A least know your helping those who are prepared to listen
I'm gonna incorporate all of these into my next workout routine. I'm gonna be fighting MMA real soon at the lightweight division. Would it be okay to do 5 sets of 12-15 reps? I'm going for more of muscular endurance and toning.
@xLoveispreciousx thank you, i hope it helps you. MMA training isn't the same as bodybuilding training. last thing someone for MMA should be doing is leg extensions and leg presses. I did this to show the variety of training that can be done. I am glad you liked it.
@Shogun996 i think i would know where i was dude. I have been to laguna beach twice and chino california 3 times. that gym is in chino. If i said different it was a mistake. Everyone is different but if you've tried all and nothing works. Perhaps you need to to it more frequently. And ofc eat like a healthy pig

Many reasons, but loading the muscle with something heavy and slower, then when you remove the weight you can explode and adapt fast
IE like grappling then having to punch afterwards. you want to be able to explode even after depleting strength
