That was a pretty good video. What I took from it is that BUD/S is basically the birth canal to become a SEAL. The real mission training begins once a candidate makes it through BUD/S.......if he makes it. Serious stuff......thanks for posting.

not true at all, anyone can become what he or she wants at the price of time and commitment. when i went over to virginia, instructor "ben" wasnt a big burly guy seal's are expected to be, but i saw him do more than 20 "Rocky" pushups. later heard it was because at BUD/S he made that decision to go beyond what his body was telling him. Time and Commitment.
