@left4dead2810 Pepakura is not available for mac as of right now. But you can still use it on mac if you use Crossover or some type of program that allows you to use windows programs. I hoped this helps. ^_^

@flotch93 Pepakura is Windows only. I wouldn't mind helping you out. Just find your pepakura files (that's .pdo) and send 'em to me.(pong_of_ping4me@yahoo.com) I'll see if I can export them as images. You might have a hard time working them into the shape because pepakura does have functions to aid you in building, such as showing you which edges connect and stuff. I'll give you more info later, if you want.

Well, first cut out all the pieces, and take your time, because if you don't, you'll end up like me, snapping because it didn't work and rip it apart in a rage-attack. Then, using your computer, find out where the pieces should go and glue/tape them together. Then coat it with glassfibre or something. Not papermachè. It did not work, big time.

Card stock can be found at craft stores or you could try something like office depot if you're in the US. I highly recomend looking in an art supply store first, they have great deals and the best brands about 90% of the time (I know this because I'm in art school! :D) Unfortunately the helmet does take that much paper, but if you shop smart you should be able to get the paper cheap so it wouldn't be a problem.
