CNN, Fox News, and BBC, like to make it seem that those in Islamic Republic of Iran who support the Islamic Revolution are really old individuals, that is totally false. There are literally millions of young and old Iranians who love and support Islam. The elections were not rigged. It is just a fact that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (HA) was chosen by the Iranian people once again. He (HA) is a true leader of Islam. May Allah protect His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei (HA).
During Ashurah, the Shi'ite mourning ceremonies for the beloved holy infalliable Shi'ite Imam Hossein, peace be upon Him, the infalliable beloved grandson of holy infalliable last beloved messenger of Allah, Hazrat Mohammad, peace be upon Him, the Iranian nation was in full mourning, the demonic green movement, may the curse of Allah be upon them all, saw the Iranian nation praying and decided to throw stones at the innocent people! The green movement is NOT peaceful!
The demonic green movement, may the curse of Allah be upon them all, destroyed public properties. They burnt down a few buses, they broke into living spaces, they wrote graffiti, which Alhamdolillah! Is now all gone. The demonic green movement, may the curse of Allah be upon them all, is basically dying out everyday.
This video is honestly garbage. Its actually Moussavi not Moussawi. The demonic green movement, may the curse of Allah be upon them all, are totally against Islam. They have themselves shown this. They tore down a beautiful portriat of the Founding Father of Islamic Republic of Iran, Grand Ayatollah Imam Sayyid Ruhollah Moussavi Khomeini, peace be upon Him, who is very beloved by Iranians of all ages throughout the entire Islamic Republic of Iran.
Wow! Great, articulate and impressive first submission! Nice work and great points! It's nice to see someone who knows a little something about Iran's government structure. :D I think a lot of folks in America at least, think that the Iranian President is as important/powerful as the American President in their respective governments. SO not true. Thanks for the upload!
If they really are a deeply islamic people they might not be willing to believe that the clergy have anything to do with it. I mean I know a quite a few people who don't believe that the catholic church is responsible for harbouring paedophiles.
agreed, tell your friends on here to tell there friends etc to come here watch rate comment etc, lets get this upto 5 figures, a little new years resolution between me thee and whoever sees these messages and cares,
im iranian and student right now live in sweden, u are wrong man u need to reasearch more. if u want to know more i can tell u the real story behind all this! wich u cant find in english media! all this in iran is about power between the threeangle mosavi khatami and rafsanjani wich they are reech and powerfull against ahmadinejad khamenai and revu gard.
u have to watch the deabate between the candidat and u will understand! its a ware between poor and welthy
because the president and supreme leader are paupers living on the streets? come on man, everything is a battle between the rich and the poor - that's what happens when people use money, someone always has more of it than you do. But to claim that the Khameini and Ahmadinejad are "poor" is ridiculous. They are the ones who have all the power in that country!
i'd be careful dude. remember if you believed what the media says you'd think that the majority of americans think that 9/11 wasn't an inside job. and you'd think that israel was a perfect little angel and it's only the palastinians that are causing war.
I'm not dissagreeing with you but let me ask you 1 more question. is it possible that the protestors in the streets are actually rooting for the wrong guy? I suppose I need to know more history about the candidates. You're probably right though. Most everybody thought barak obama was going to be a real person of the people. I didn't find out until much later that dick cheney was his cousin! hahaha!
A Lebanese company, widely known for M.E. polling took a huge poll of the Iranian electorate in May, before the campaign really began. Mousavi was not even selected at the time.
The results: Ahmadinejad 63%, reformers 35%.
Almost the EXACT numbers of the actual election. So the mullahs want us to believe that the polls did not move ONE IOTA during the entire campaign?
Simply impossible.
Ahmadinejad may have won - *may* - but by 28 points??? No way.
You have hit the nail on the head. We know that Mousavi is a part of the oppressive regime but we need a leader and u know most people don't want the Islamic gov. anymore but there has to be a leader to focus voices, after the revolution we can elect a new gov. It is risky afterall thats what people thought would happen after 1979 rev. Hope we are not wrong again. Thanks for ur words.
First of all, let me trudge through what I THINK you are trying to say. The U.S. government found no fault in the 2004 elections. Everyone cheats, such is life, and minor tampering is more likely to effect a two-party system like the U.S. than a multi-party parliamentary system like Iran.
Also, after looking in the mirror I found myself to neither be fat nor scared, and I don't understand how that would alter my "wenting out" and crying.
Finally h0tie, I would like to point out that my video explicitly states that it is NOT the mass opinion. My video in fact proclaims that the global media is missing the point: that the Ayatollahs are to blame for this mess, not Ahmadinejad. I did "do it myself", that is what the video is all about.
Ahmadinejad is not our president he cheated i swear down! but yes that why we r starting from mousavi and voted for him to make that change in freedom so middleeast situtation be better and peaceful..
Good clarification on the real issue in Iran. Their country is likely where secularism will gain the first foothold in the Muslim world but, even then, it will take many, many years. It's been well over 200 years since the Age of Enlightenment began and still the Christians wield a large stick in western societies. Religious memes are extremely difficult to extract because they are typically implanted in the ego's formative childhood period, before reasoning is firmly established. Oh well.
The memes are really reconstructed in the secondary socialization as well, which unfortunately is always religious in nature. We could choose, if aware, not to accept in our lives religious memes, beliefs and attitudes. That requires research, education and a political revolution, such as the Socialist revolution.
Sociology too addresses this question. Actually so do all the social sciences in their own way. Only a consensus is missing, and psychology is not the only discipline to have insight onto this
Interesting point of view young man. It's clear that you have a future in broadcast journalism. It's also clear that you have a good education upon which to build your career - never heard a reporter use the phrases de facto and de jure in the same sentence. One thing though if I heard it correctly: if Ahmadinijad rec'd 65%, isn' that a plurality?
No, 63-65% (they are recounting, so we don't know for sure) is a majority. Plurality occurs when no candidate wins majority but one does have a larger total (think Bill Clinton in 1992 and 1996, he didn't get majority either time thanks to Perot, but you only need a plurality to win in the U.S.)
Now, if he did in fact win 63-65% of the vote, then no harm no foul, he just won. However, the people proclaim that such a landslide would be impossible given first-hand observation
Thanks. Sorry, that's what I mean't to write/say: majority. Your video could have made the majority/plurality issue a bit clearer ; ) because if A rec'd more than 50% he would not face a runoff - only if the recount shows him getting less than 50%. Let's watch and see how it plays out.
really? how do i sound like an impeded fornicator? do you even know whether or not I have credentials or expertise, or even cursory academic experience, on the topic?

The solution is to draw information from many varieties of international sources. Not everyone is lying.
Hundreds of thousands of people taking to the streets for the first time since (ahem) 1979 is not a lie. Something is on in Tehran.

It is this kind of childish, unsubstantiated outburst that hurts the drive for knowledge and unity in this world.
By all means disagree if you would like, but come off with something that is conducive to the conversation.
I can state from what I have seen reading the reply s to this post that nobody here goes into areas of your interest and spouts such condemnations.
These discussions are for those of us on You Tube who have an actual concern for our world and those around us.
