When they're doing the tondu in derrière or whatever, they should be looking over the barre, not to the center. And their arm shouldn't come off of the bar until after the music is finished.
Well, some of you are saying that these girls have really bad posture, loads of turn ins and stuff. But if their teacher keeps on criticising them, they would loose confidence and would want to stop ballet. This happened to me. When i was in grade 2-3, I would always have turn in's and stuff. But now, in already in sub-elementary, having awesome turn outs.
@SuperPrincess1333 you only can use pointe shoes from Sub-Elementary onwards, which is after grade 6. And I'm talking about CSTD, not RAD. For RAD, you only can start using pointe shoes after grade 8. Oh, btw, I'm 12 and I'm in Sub-Elementary. One of the youngest in history to advance into a major grade.
@Immieex I'm 12 and in already using pointe shoes. My friend is 11 and she's also using pointe shoes. We use pointe shoes in Sub-Elementary(CSTD, not RAD), which is after grade 6.
How is grade 3 the year you go on pointe?? I'm in grade 3 and at the place i go to You have to be atleast 14 (I think) the girls in this video look about 8 :L x But i remember doing these excersizes in grade 1 or 2

grade 3 is the year you go on pointe! this dance clas is not profesional and never will be! im in grade 4 and a clearly remeber doing those excercises !
@SuperPrincess1333 you only go on pointe when you are strong enough. that can be any year! grade 3 was my first year doing serious ballet, some girls only start later, like grade 3 or 4. it's also better to wait until your feet stop growing, or thats what i have heard.
I´ve already written it under the other video and I´m going to repeat myself: these girls are definitely too young for this grade - they struggle with whe control of most of the movements, which they haven´t understood yet. Please don´ti push them too much and give them the time/opportunity to mature...
dont make them force their turnout :) some of them are and that makes their knees go forward, which could cause a lot of knee problems in the future :)
Eher grade 1

Also in my studio, it's about at grade 3 we get Demi pointe shoes, and about a year, maybe a little less later we get pointe shoes.
