  • my grandma's rig can run this with better fps

  • that shit laggen

  • shittest pc in world is alienware!! <,< ((aint that foolish or retardness))

  • at least i have a camera

  • For some of you stupid uneducated hicks, this video is made in april 2008. This isn't a 2011 machine.

  • i have a hp g72 b60us and can run crysis at 1600x900 :)

  • You should try my custom config for this game, you would get great results considering your machines specs. Type "tenshihan crysis" in google - it's the first link you see. You should definitely use my "high" config, it has most of the ultra-high lighting & visual eye candy while still maintaining great framerates.

  • This looks great (for a laptop)

  • lol maximum lag, but still great tho for 3 year ago laptop

  • crysis with that processor and ram :O

  • god damn this looks fucking beautiful. What's the best alienware laptop on the market? This looks like I'd mess around for months.

  • yo just buy an xbox its only like 200 dollars and will run every game that come out

  • Is the graphics on the max?

  • I love my m15x!!

May sell it for a m11x2 though :)

  • @Scorpion490 not worth it with the m15x you get almost twice better specs and its way better to have a big screen.

  • @xxmaycorexx that comment just made you feel good about yourself and your laptop even if you dont have the alienware..but if you were to choose between the one you have or an alienware with the same specs ( money werent an object ).... i bet u would choose the alienware.. ;)

  • so basicly this is not the latest alienware m15x..its the older model?

  • Pleez reply how good would crysis run on:

    emachines

    intel celeron D processor 356

ATI Radeon xpress 200 w/ available PCI express slot?

  • @akacpkiller21 you could run it on max.

  • That laptop is nice, but I have the Asus G60-JX... It's A LOT better, and I got it for $900 at Best Buy.

    Specs:

    500GB 7200RPM HDD

NVIDIA GTS 360M GPU (1024MB, GDDR5 clocked memory.)

    Intel i5 420M 2.6GHz (Extreme Turbo Mode)

    4GB of DDR3 1033MHz

    1336x768 rez.

If anyone wants to see how it runs, just tell me to make a video and upload.

P.S. It also looks pretty cool. :D

  • @SeparateElite A lot better?... the laptop in the vid is 3 years old and only shit you can come up with is a LOUSY i5 with a gts360m?..on a 1336x768.. show some respect man

  • @MrHabs89 At least i didn't pay out of my ass for a half job pc.. It's not really that lousy either. Maybe compared to an i7, and gtx 400 series gpu... I've got all I need for a good price.

  • its amazing how much more powerful laptops are these days i plan to buy a m15x in roughly 2 months

  • @Levion, shogun 2 is 56,000.....it's getting there

  • 0:31 look the shadow delay...

  • most faggot music

  • looks amazing

  • Hi, dont shout at me if this is a stupid question, but I am thinking of getting an M15x or an iMac for playing Gmod, and maybe Crysis in the future, will the M15x run Gmod okay? or would the iMac be better?

  • how much did u buy it for

  • Could i play it with

    PROCESSOR Intel® Core™ i7-620M 2.66GHz (3.33Ghz Turbo Mode, 4M cache)

VIDEO CARD 1GB ATI Radeon™ Mobility HD 5730

    MEMORY 4GB Dual Channel Memory (2x 2GB DDR3)

  • @poo66rox6 Oh yes you can play it

  • You guys are spoiled idiots if you bought aleinware. My CB PC could beat the shit out of this lame computer.

  • what is the price of this pc (M 15x)

  • @taha6119 depends on what specs you get, it can range from 1500 to 3500.

  • hey, the gaming doesnt look too smooth, is that only because of youtube though?

  • this music is out of date too

  • @ all u can play crysis with the m15x normal seetings

and if u want play it in high settings u must pick a better cpu

the i5 core is okey it should be work without lags

  • Intel® Core™ i7 940XM Quad Core Processor, 2.13GHz (3.33GHz Turbo Mode, 8M Cache)

    1GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260M

    15.6-inch WideFHD 1920x1080 (1080p) WLED 8GB Dual Channel Memory (2x 4GB DDR3) 256GB Solid State Drive

would i be able to play crysis on high without lag?

  • Comment removed

  • @tomg52325 Well assuming that your pc is a beast compared to mine.....yes it will play it.

  • @tomg52325 You should be able to play it with Very High Settings, but it will lag at points. It's only 740QM. My 820QM lagged at parts (I put a video up on page to show it off)

  • Comment removed

  • @tomg52325 MAN! you have better processor :P i got the i5 540, 6 GB RAM, GTX 260m graphics card, and the Full HD.

  • @tomg52325

If you wanted to play new games such as crysis, buying the M15x isn't a very good idea, since at best it only plays Crysis at 20-30 fps at max settings. If you want crystal smooth FPS you should have gone with the M17x and dual graphics cards, they can run Crysis at 70+ FPS

  • @bobbycatacutan It plays at around 30-40fps with some high and some very high settings as I've tweaked the cvar files in crysis. The m17x was way too expensive for what you get. I could have got an alienware desktop for the same price but that was over my budget. Plus the m17x is not really portable... my m15x is just about managable to carry around with the 9 cell battery out. My next purchase will be the desktop though. When I have the money! LOL

  • @tomg52325

Yeah the desktops are much better for serious gaming, and cheaper compared to laptops.

  • @tomg52325 Im almost positive youll be able to play the game on high settings, max'd out im a little skeptical, maybe possible with a little lag

  • @tomg52325 it will play it no doubt...

I play Crysis at max FPS on my m11x and all the stats are basically the same except for the processor, so should deff do you a lot better.

Should run noooooo problem! ( :

  • @tomg52325 yeah, you should be very pleased with the way your computer will play the game.

  • @tomg52325 no it wont max it

  • @maxudd Yeah I can't max it..... played through all the series at around 25-30 on average. I prefer playing the stalker series at 50-60fps :)

  • @joyousplatapus can this computer play Company Of Heros for PC, if not i will just have to get the Area 51 (maybe the ALX)

  • ive never heard of a 1024x700 res before. are you sure you dont mean 1024x768

  • take it easy dude you computer running crysis awesomely but i still think that i will get alienware area alx 51

  • Shit, this looks like Farcry 2.

  • I was going to buy a system from Alienware too. But i found a cheaper custom pc. And it looks better then alienware, such as alienware don't have see threw tower. Anyway my new pc wil have i7 980x 3.33 overclcocked to 4.2 6 GB RAM double ATI Radeon HD 5970 PCI-E 16X 2GB GDDR5 Video Card DirectX 11 Supports. Let me know what you think. 4 days ago

  • @uphill248 Hey , how much did/would that rig set you back, if it is not case sensitive?

  • I would say if you buy an alienware you can better upgrade it all the way, with all of the top of the line hardware. If you don't this thing will be highly overpriced compared to other laptop devices.

  • im selling ram for that pc on ebay please look for: Alienware area-51 m15x ddr2 ram

  • If A PC Can Play Games Games Made A Year Later Than Its Not Outdated(To Me)

  • song??

  • Heyy joyousplatapus nice vid!

I was wondering could you give me some advice??

Im getting this Alienware m15x around september and i will be doing heavy gaming on it....I wanted ask you is it worth it?

    What specs should i get?

And would you recommend a better gaming laptop?

  • Yeah id say get the newest thing as possible. With technology being the way it is today you can never go wrong. IF you have the option of getting a desktop go for that, laptops are unfortunately a huge ripoff when you can get a desktop for half the price with better components in it. They also aren't obsolete within a year

  • @joyousplatapus arent obsolete within a year?

    Could you explain??

  • Its just the fact that technology advances so quickly now that most laptops are outdated within a yea or two of buying it. This is more so if you are into gaming. Games are becoming more and more demanding and games come out faster than computer technology does. Hope this helped.

  • Yeh I completely understand now....with that advice in mind....i might just get the m17x....lol couple more dollars can't hurt if it helps in the long run right....hehe

    thx for the insight

  • @joyousplatapus laptops sometimes are outdatet a few weeks after you buy them yoou can specially see it at build to order retailers like deviltech or alienware you buy a laptop and a few days later new compenets are already available in the custumisation menue at the website

  • @Infantjuju with alienware, 20min means obsolete god knows they add in like a fucking red trim and bump the price up 4000 dollars.

  • @RoflmaoStudioz i already ordered it....it only can out to be around 2,300...I was as financial productive as possible, while i still got a great processor and a kick a** graphic card!

  • @Infantjuju mines better, and i payed $1347.83

  • @RoflmaoStudioz kudos to you friend your better at spending money than me....to bad i didn't get some advice from you before i bought mind...haha

  • Awful video, you didn't post the settings or the fps, plus Alienware computers are total crap.

  • you can run this game on max settings with only that processor, 2gb of ram, and a 512mb video card?!

  • Hellz yes I can!

  • at 1024x800 its easy

  • "I 512 meg video card" there are many video cards with 512 megs of vram that can't even play Crysis on low.

  • @ATLMember

its more the GPU on the card then the Vram.

  • Yeah... thats what I said. Vram won't necessarily improve performance, but certain games require a certain amount.

  • @ATLMember course they cant you have a card that supports opengl2.3and dx12

you have acard that only supports dx9 and opengl2.0 both 512mb the gpu counts more than the vram wich one u gonna buy

  • @coolaidkiller101 What are you talking about, dx12 doesn't exist and no one cares about openGL. I have a Mobility Radeon 5870, thats full DX11 (the newest DX) and it has a gig of vram.

  • @ATLMember dx 12 does exist

  • @coolaidkiller101 dx 11 has only just come out so how can there be a dx 12 you fucking idiot

  • @TheXtraGuy there is dx 12 with the latst grapics cards iheard that it existed

  • @coolaidkiller101 no there isnt the latest graphics cards run directx11 which only came out a few months ago you fucking dumb piece of shit. ask anyone that knows there computers

  • @TheXtraGuy suck my ass i wasent sure ,i heard it existed on the net

  • @coolaidkiller101 well maybe you shouldnt be a gullible fucking asshole then.

  • @TheXtraGuy i dont give shit about it cause technology advances so fast and ill end this shit (ignore)

  • what is that music??awesome music..i want that..please tell me?is that default crisis background score music????

  • cigarette by the clerks:)

  • yuuuppiieee..thanx dude... :))

  • Pretty good for a labtop!

  • What kind of PC did your friend get? For that kind of money I hope they didn't get ripped off. It doesn't take 4 grand to build a dual graphics card, quad core gaming rig.

  • no, he built it himself, he wont get of the bloody thing! mainly WOW, but ti can do so much more, but, still he's having fun, but also he bought parts and experimented on making an advanced cooling system, didnt make one though, as i said, he SPENT that amount of money on the computer, doesnt mean that he could fit it all in the case, :P

  • PEOPLE need to shut the fuck up .. i'm tired of hearing ''build a desktop instead of laptop'' and such bullshit... you can't take the motherfucking desktop with you while on a go. simple as that. beside if you have a gaming computer and want gaming laptop for portability why just not buy 1 ? seriously ...wtf

  • Thank you extraterre for the love of god you faggots stop B I T C H I N G cause you can't afford one you are going to complain and QQ about how it sucks but its probably the thing you think of when you are fucking your mother

  • @SwagHitsMusic

I often compare alienware to ferrari. You can grab an Honda an tune it to 450hp like an ferrari, but who has money doesnt tune an ordinary honda, they go for the beauty of the ferrari, so its the same of alienware, who doesnt have enough money buys and almost equal but uglyer asus or somthing, but when you do have money you dont bother about paying mroe and geting an another world design... trust me..

  • yeah i know man... i mean these people are really pissing me off. they like ''build a pc instead of desktop'' plague which spreads with supersonic speed. why do you even come here and watch this video? have nothing else to do? wanna troll and shit? you're pathetic. i have a gaming desktop but i don't have gaming laptop so i'm looking for 1 and reading all your motherfucking ''build dekstop'' comments doesn't help with my decision.

God i wish youtube could ban all these stupid ass kids

  • build your own laptop! get like a suitcase, inside that you build a desktop with a screen on the inside! et voila you can haz uber pc? =D

  • ahhh what about power supply? i'd have a to carry a car battery or something haha. but again you would have hard times fitting desktop parts into a suitcase unless it's a really huge ass suitcase

  • Totally agree, nothing more to say...

  • nah man, picture it like this: a regular midi tower case with a handle thingy to carry it with at the top (I)

  • @flipskater0273 lol suptuple core's , that would be the day, playing crysis with 12 cores

  • Looks great. Anyone that can say they can play Crysis on a laptop has a great laptop lol

  • And record..

  • @flipskater0273 haha yea

  • can someone reply to this and tell me, should i get this and have hundreds to spend or the m17x? i do enjoy gaming but its not the biggest thing in my life i would like other things aswell but is the m15x as good?

  • i have owned one for 3 months now spent 3.5K U THE FUCKER worth every penny! sooo good

  • If your just looking for a good game here and there to wet your whistle than the M15x is a great computer. I would also recommend the Dell Studio XPS16 with the full HD screen and an i5 or i7 processor(enless you have your heart set on alienware). You can get one of those for 1600 to 2000 dollars and it will play any game on the market today in Full HD res and highest graphics. This is the computer I'm planning on buying. Hope I helped.

  • BEASTY! 5/5

  • play this a year at this high graph and it will shut down and u will never make it work again, belive me, laptops aint for gaming even if you bought it for milion dollar, i personally had loads of gaming laptops M15x/M17x etc but i still think its not worth it

  • See, I have a Ps3 and I was want to get an alienware but I was wondering why you guys spend so much money on a laptop and you also have to upgrade and it is so complicated. I personally think it is pointless y do u guys make such a big investment on something you could buy for much cheaper and on a big screen tv which also has better graphics?!

  • @OldSnake4life I have a PS3 aswell. PC has waaaayyy better graphics than a gaming console. One of the reasons are you can upgrade, and in any PC game you are allowed to change the resolution, and if you have a good computer. And all the graphics set on high... the game will look AMAZING. Even PS2 games on computers look amazing. With a PS3 you cannot upgrade or change the resolution, so PS3 and Xbox 360 graphics cannot match with a really good computer.

  • PC does indeed have better graphics than the ps3 coming to multiplatform games, because they were either developed on a pc or 360, but when it comes to exclusives like uncharted, the ps3 is better

  • @OldSnake4Life

PC's will always be superior to gaming consoles.

I personally own a ps3 myself, and I do have to admit, ive seen better graphics and performance out of my corei7 PC.

You can get any size screen you want, with a HDMI card, you could even buy a big screen tv and itll work.

You can not upgrade PS3's at all, and if you have the knowledge, you can easily upgrade your pc, it doesnt take long. I custom built my own PC and it took about a hour.

  • pc crushes ps3 graphics look it up anywhere

  • i give u props. fuck consoles and PCs rule. lol jk i ahve a console :P (xbox FTW)

  • @OldSnake4life An ATI Radeon HD 5970 or a Nvidia Geforce GTX 295/285 would rape an xbox or ps3's graphics card. In fact, even an 8800GT would rape a console graphic card. PC's also have more RAM, better processors, and on PC, MW2 requires 12 GB of HDD. On PS3 it's like 700 mb.

  • your not on the intelligent side bro, i have an Alienware and i have a 42" plasma screen TV for a screen... also the grafics will rape anything you ever get on PS3 or Xbox, thats why i spent so much cash on it

  • wow u guys are the worst fanboys of them all and what bout uncharted 2.... ya stfu

  • @OldSnake4life im sure if unchared came out for the pc it would rape everything. just visual bonerjams.

  • i like the ps3 but i agree

  • my computer would explode playing crysis its my first comp and its not really good but it can play some games and i had never realised how much more i like pc gaming and now im broke so sadly im still stuck with consoles

  • i feel ya

  • @sible777 my pc will explode playing tetris !!!

  • a bit choppy but not bad

  • I'd dare say that's due to the lag in the video playback, not actual lag.

  • I mean if an Alienware were to lag on crysis even after several years of technological improvements. Where's the gamers' dream of an ultimate rig they COULD own?

  • so true, like wtf? games made 2008 running like crap on a 2009 alienware f@@king @ssholes, that is dell...

  • Hmmm I have a question about the i7 core, does it automatically clock itself to run other things better or do u have to do it manually?

  • @chanyang7, yes... =]

  • @chanyang7,

Normally under windows 7 it does... depends on how far ur bios has been unlocked also... If ur a tweaker... u can change it with the intel enhanced halt state option. Speedstep and Turbo..

Turbo counts for the thingy u want... clocking is all hardware part... no software thingy.. u can turn it off or on..depends on the manufacturer of the bios...

  • Does anyone know when the official date is for Crysis 2?

  • Nope.

  • if u have gears of war pc i would like to see the graphics on that pleese

  • just wondering... is this game open world?

  • yeah its full geometry, which I think is the term they used to explain that all of the map is playable, even the background mountains etc.

  • Something along the lines of no invisible walls?

You can fall far and not die, it's fun.

  • I have 4g RAM on my Alienware m15x i just got for Xmas and its on High Settings and its SLOW ??? Like i wont buffer i have WoW on my comp thats it.

  • Try installing the latest drivers :)

  • Where at? Where do i download?

  • so if I got a

    Intel Core i7 920XM 2.0GHz (3.2GHz Turbo Mode, 8MB Cache)

    8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1333MHz

    1GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260M

I could run crysis at max? or is that still too low?

  • You could run that maxed out nicely, with the cpu at 3.2 GHz

  • @SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 ok thanks cant wait to get this beast delivered this week hahaha

  • @SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 me too lol, ordered mine in..... 3 days ago XD can't wait!!!

  • i would say High to Max settings.

    Thats a nice setup btw

  • @SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 Oh shit yeah, you could Crysis at everything max. Everything at max while playing online may "provide" a bit, when I say a bit I really mean just a BIT of leg. Barely anything.

  • what FPS is this? still wondering becuz in the video , it seems laggy, and what setting did you use?

  • all i got to add to it is and 64 gb ssd....

  • i got the 9 gigs of ram so i wont have to buy anymore..for a long time..i think the gtx260's in sli will handle anything you can throw at it

  • Just a quick question, will this setup run Crysis? I don't know much about computers, honestly. ProcessorIntel® Core(tm) i7-720QM Processor Processor Speed1.60GHz Level 2 Cache6MB Level 2 Cache RAM Installed / Max RAM Supported4GB RAM Hard Drive320GB Hard Drive Multimedia Drive8x CD/DVD Burner Dual Layer DVD+/-R Drive Display Type15.6" Widescreen High Definition Display Internal Max Resolution1600 x 900 Video CardNVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260M Video Card Memory1GB Video Memory
  • yeah it should be fine but next time add the turbo speed of your processor you just stated its normal speed, i had to do some research to check its turbo speed.

  • 1.6 processor speed no way

  • @mbrann your processor is not good at all.

  • the inte i7 is more than good enough, its a qaud core, so 4x1.6ghz=6.4ghz! and if crysis (or any other game/program) doesn't support quadcore, the i7 automatic oveclocks 2 cores to 2.8 ghz, so 2x2.8ghz=5.6ghz

  • Actually,i thought it was like that.but quad core does not really mean 4 x (clock speed).

It just mean there are four cores doing the work...so its more efficient at multi-tasking.But it is better then single core though.

    Peace!^^v

  • dependson what settings you run the game on

  • i bought an aurora...2087.85 total shipping and tax

    1 Overclocked Intel® Core™ i7 920 (3.2GHz, 8MB Cache)

    1 9GB Triple Channel 1333Mhz DDR3 Dual 1.8GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260 - SLI® Enabled

    1 500GB - SATA-II, 3Gb/s, 7,200RPM, 16MB Cache HDD

    High-Performance Liquid Cooling

    Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit,

    1 -875w psu.......i dont feel ripped..i got warr.and support if i need it...i got 1 thats 4yrs old still a kicking strong

  • why 9gb ram, 4 is enough. you'd better get a gtx280sli instead of 9gb ram.

  • wow my computer i built costs less and geus what?.................has better specs oooooooohhhhhh **SHOCKER**

  • for all the idiots that are posting for bad fps,, thats pretty much all do to fraps,, the actual in game is probably smooth

  • Get a desktop , much better . get a better graphics card .

  • you can have a supported vid card for any game but bassicaly you only need more memory it helps alot. P.S. if you have a alright graphics card thats supported by the games you want to play upgrade your memory. hope this helps!!! message me if you have any questions
