@TheLlovesacer99 Nonono don't do that, liquid liner is water based, so when you apply it, you'll notice it just seeps into your eyes like water, it probably won't even dry, trust me, i know from experience ahah

you had said that eyeliner smears, and you have to touch it up sometimes. well what i do, that helps me alot, i use Mac primer (not the tube one the one in the litlle umm container thingy lmao i forget what its called.) and then i apply my liquid eyeliner, and the one i love is the maybeline stilletto. if you havent tried those two things, it helps me alot. so maybe it would help you.
