@lacucuracha1 I do have the Dynamic Shadows now. But Bumpmapping off. I have tried combining them.. But didn't get them both to work at the same time. SO I play around with the shadows now. I find it better :P

@MrBananaCast Yes, Skyrim graphics are better yes, but they don't have the bump mapping function. So textures in skyrim look flat, some rocks on the road don't "stand" out.

This is modded graphics, so it's technically not better, since you can mod the skyrim graphics higher too.
