Thank you so much for uploading this video (not to mention for taking it!). I used to swim at the quarry as a teenager and had learned how the quarry came to be! Fascinating! Does anybody know the whole story? How quickly did the quarry fill with water? Did everyone get out? Thanks for any info you can give me!!
When the scuba diving shop was still active at the park, classes would be taken to areas that were marked with floating buoys, each designating a particular depth. If I'm not mistaking, those chains are anchoring the buoys which are marking the deepest part of the quarry. Today, there is only one buoy remaining.
@kljnXX Thanks a lot for replying! I only now remembered asking about this. I listened to whatever shows up on YouTube under Yat-Kha, but this one song I like the most.
This is phenomenal!!! I've dove this site far too many times, but every time the vis is absolute shit. I've seen the pump house, golf carts, bicycles, and parts of the train but never as clear as in this footage!
Flooded in 1917 over the weekend, nobody was in. Workers came Monday to work and it was flooded. Pumps failure..

@Halo2996
Most of the quarry is relatively 30-40 feet deep. The deepest part is around 70-80 feet deep.

What are those things on the chain at 4:40+?
