  • Do NOT trust ANY loan modification company.

Also do not be fooled into believeing the bank will modify your loan. They probably won't. They pretend to modify the loan so you don't fight the foreclosure.

RESIST, FIGHT BACK, STAY IN YOUR HOME!

    GET OFF YOUR KNEES AMERICA!

  • NACA IS THE WAY

  • im in gwinnett county ga , I modified my loan with wellsfargo , they made my payment $625 in stead of the $890 id been paying the last 8-9years...... after taking my 625 each month for 8months i got a forclosure leter from law firm,,,,,,,contacted WF and was told i was never approved for the modification and they simply said "ohhh yeah we took your $625 and every time there was enough to make a $890 payment we would make it for you" the crappy part is i touched base with them >> READ NEXT POST

  • IF YOU ARE CURRENT ON YOUR MORTGAGE DONOT I REPEAT DONOT ACCEPT THE HAMP / MAKING HOMES AFFORDABLE / OBAMA PLAN. YOU WILL PAY A LOWER PAYMENT FOR 3 TO 10 MONTHS ON TIME AND THEY WILL DECLINE YOU AND YOU WILL OWE THE DIFFERENCE ( BETWEEN THE LOWER PAYMENT AND YOUR REGULAR PAYMENT FOR EVERY MONTH YOU ARE ON THE PROGRAM) AND THEY WILL FORECLOSE ON YOU IF YOU DONOT PAY IT

  • @MrDThorn You can accept the HAMP but DO NOT PAY the modification amount. You in fact will be past due in your acct. You need to make the regular payment until the Underwriter has made a decision. Never let the payments go past 60 days. Oh by the way loan modification WILL negatively impact your credit! The mortgage company is not responsible for making sure you have good credit. That is YOUR job. One more thing......While you are the process foreclosure is still a real possiblity.

  • please goto NACA they can help for free. THE BANKS ARE OVER WHELMED AND DO NOVE THE BUSINESS MODEL

  • I watched your video and I really understand your frustration. If you want to make Bank of America pay for what they did to you, and thousands of others, you should watch this guy's video;

DEADLY BLOW ! TO Bank of America

You should contact this guy, he is really serious.

  • I had issues with Bank of America also ... a fixed home loan, but the monthly payment continually increased ... it went up ~$125.00 per month in just the first year! The fees were crazy ... when I got behind, I called to make a payment at the end of the 3rd month - they refused to accept it. I eventually had to sell my house about $15k below market so that it would sell before the bank foreclosed --- and I had a job and had submitted all of my income paperwork, requesting a modification.

  • Might as well add Aurora Home Loans and Bank of America to this list. I've had the same experience.

  • It doesn't matter if you submit the proper materials. Banks were told to implement these programs and they didn't want to.

Chase is one of the worst. Employees of Chase openly admitted that they are told to give applicants the run-around. The number of people who get mods is staggeringly low.

Recently, there was a piece in the news saying close to 50% of the people trying to get into the program drop out. Do you think that they just suddenly lost interest in trying to keep their homes?

  • Cynthia I guess maybe your a clairvoyent to KNOW that everyone is in a bad position is so because they have mismanaged funds? Here's a thought. Maybe they have become disabled, maybe they have lost their job to another country, maybe one of the bread winners has even died. Your a total dip and reflect the same ignorant thinking that bank personal does. THAT kind of thinking is what has put this country in the shitter. Selling out to foreign nations, greed, and no compassion for your fellow man.

  • @MarcusAurelius28655

I totally agree. Let the banks take back their homes. Let's see where they are when people decide not to buy homes. It will only hurt their pockets. Oh yes, and Obama is full of shit. He knew that the banks and all of the loan servicers were not going to give homeowners any of his programs. This was just lip service by Obama to make people think he is doing something about it. He will not be winning a 2nd term.

  • this is amazing,,,,its exactly the same thing I am going through SCARY ... can you believe this crap in usa.

  • @onebad78ta

I tried several times to get a loan modification. I thought I had one with AHMSI and I was making the payments as agreed. Then they transfered my loan to another loan servicing company and they decided that the modification wasn't profitable enough so now I am in foreclosure. Thank God they sent my checks back to me, but this is so unfair. I received my foreclosure notice, I will be moving out and filing bankruptcy so they can't come after me for the deficiency.

  • It makes me sick to think that I live in a country where so many people so mismanage their own finances that they threaten to crash the entire national economy. Now all you hear is the same people whining about how no one is working fast enough to help them. Maybe this country doesn't have enough intelligence for a free market.

  • @cynthiafeeney Do you really think that all of a sudden 2.4 million people just decided not to pay their mortgages and took the chance of getting foreclosed upon? Have you ever read a newspaper or tried flipping the channel off of "Desperate Housewives" for a few minutes? Unlike Louie Beethoven, I DO hope that you have to go through the hell that some of these folks have gone through.

  • @cynthiafeeney

Well guess what. You think the economy is crashed now? You haven't seen nothing yet. All those foreclosed homes that the banks and investors think they are going to sell and then hit the old homeowners with the deficiency balance... It's not going to happen. Most people will file bankruptcy and the banks cannot come after us for the deficiency balance. ahahahahah. Fuck the banks, I hope they all crash!

  • lmao...you need to advertise this video more on loansafe. Everyone there needs to see this. this shite is all so real.

  • think the morons than run Hells Fargo laugh at stuff like this? I feel like a freakin HAMSTER!!

  • LMAO, talk about truth!

  • How very smug you are. You are obviously an ignoramus who knows absolutely nothing about how the banks screwed the public when the housing market was booming. Now people are losing their jobs, health insurance and their homes. The Banks were given billions, in part, to assist consumers through loan modifications. The banks kept the money and screw the consumers.

Cynthia, you are a smug and nasty. I hope you never have to go through the hell that some other folks are.
