errr, nice try Tex - but yeah, bm5447 is right, baby backs are a totally different cut. The breast bone and trimmings can be used for something other than dog food, sheesh!
And put some gloves on man.

baby backs are a completely different section of the rib! There are no baby backs on that slab you have. If you trim the top section off it would be a St. Louis style cut. This guy doesn't seem to know too much for being in competitions. I highly doubt they make dog food with the scrap probably sausage... I prefer to smoke the excess and pull it for pulled pork.
