  • they are four men but they are not Il Divo. They have their own style.

  • Blondie Looks like Cary Elwes

  • Just Found These Guys There Amazing love em ^^

  • it sounds good, but I still prefer the version of Michael Crawford with more passion and drama

  • due to my tin ears, i am not able to appreciate their singings but my eyes are just fine. gorgeous lot.

  • Nothing beats the classic performance of Michael Crawford...

  • El chico de 1:05 interpretó a Raoul en la obra de Teatro cierto????

  • never heard of them, where r they from? they remind me of Il Divo

  • @DannyGlumsPhan Yes, that's Simon Bailey.

  • it depends on your point of view for me its

    1.- teatro

    2.- gerard butler

    3.-Michael Crawford

  • anyone can tell me who are they?

  • @Giada591 Jeremiah James (American), Simon Bailey (current Raoul on Phantom25 tour and former West End Raoul at Her Majesty's, Stephan Raman-Hughes (another West End Musical star and Malaysian movie star), and Andrew Alexander Perlakey (currently starring in 39 Steps on the West End).

  • Sounds Superb! ...four phantoms...that girl stands no chance

  • @MrShaun42088 It helps that they are super handsome. Just saying.

  • Is that I-Carly??

  • i love when they sing memory

  • 4 guys singing for one girl.. OOohhh snap, this girl is playing them. lol

  • Is it sad that the oboe was my absolute favorite part? God, I'm SUCH a double-reed player... ;P

  • i'm not getting that rush like when David Cook or Michael Crawford sang it.

  • the best so far....thanks for making the restless day a meaningful night!

  • 's wonderful!

  • bonjour quelqu'un pourrait me donner plus d'information sur ce groupe que j'adore enormement sont ils tjr enssemble et sortirons bientot un nouvel album ???

merci d avance !!! car le clip date de 2007 il me semble !!!

  • Has anyone ever tried to discover what the lyrics mean?? you'd be surprised.

  • Well, unlike some picky people, I think this is amazing. I agree that this is lacking the emotion it needs, but seriously! This is one of my favorite versions of this song. They have VERY good voices, and just be glad that this isn't the Jonas Brothers singing this.

  • hmmmm boyband singing the greatest Broadway solo for a man? with no feeling or emotion? DISLIKE!

  • Beatiful voices

  • Good singing:)

So it takes 4 ordinary men to replace The Phantom :D

  • I really don't think we can call these guys ordinary???

  • well done

  • That's incredible <333

  • Visitate il nostro sito di teatro e improvvisazione teatrale! improvvideo . it

  • This is a choral version, done by a choral group...of course it isn't going to have the same emotion as the piece being sung by a lone singer, who is able to "act", as well as vocalize the words! Disliking this version because of such a reason is absurd! I think the guys have done a fine job with the song...just enjoy the harmonies...they're quite good.

  • I blanched as soon as I saw the picture of a boy band next to the title, clicked it out of curiosity... uuuuuuugh. WHY? WHY DID THEY HAVE TO SING THIS SONG? It's so pretty, and they sing it like it's just another song. NO, boys. Never again. Please.

  • yes it isn´t sung like the phantom would sing it but imagine the phantom loves christine all his love is in this song

and christine is sleeping so i thinke he is singing calm because he don´t want to wake she up i like it it´s just a new and wunderfull version :)

(sorry my english isn´t verry well) ;)

  • note perfect, and for that it falls down in my opinion. I realise this has been said many times but, it lacks any sense of feeling or emotion

  • I love iL divo, but Man!! they got some competition!! I dont exactly know who these guys are, but they sound great, their harmonization is on key and i am officially a fan :)

  • I absolutely love Simon Bailey!! :) His voice just makes my heart melt!

  • The worst version of this song (sorry for my English)

  • OMG. Where's the emotion in this? FEEL the roll, gentlemen! BE, the Phantom..imagine his horrible life, walk his lonely path in the depest dungeons..LEt your heart break when you sing this song!

I'm off my podium now, (exit left stage).

  • oh it`s so wunderfull ^^

    i love this song ♥

  • I'm an IL Divo fan, for sure. This is however, the worst and most emotionless version of this fantastic song I have ever heard....or seen.

  • you guys are FREAKING AWESOME!!!! im gonna sing music of the night at my high school talent show just because of you guys :)

  • Charming, both the singing and the guys, but sounds really artificial.... too perfect. New version of autotune?

  • I feel like they rushed this and do they really have to walk around everywhere together? They're not the spice girls.

  • one of them has just finished playing raoul in the west end (the fat one)

  • @sidMGS lols which one

  • @jenchen81 The one who starts singing at 0:49. Simon Bailey. :)

  • very beautiful, bravo!

but, in my opinion, no one beats Michael Crawford.

Still better than Butler's version, though.

  • I like Gerard Butler's version, but this group is definitely more pleasant to listen to tonality-wise. I like the sound of their voices even if their singing isn't at quite the same level.

  • @xNurilkax their voices are somewhat artificially altered and they do that with everyone and thats how it doesnt seems the same when you see that person or group or band. And no one compares to colm wilkinson in any role ever written for a tenor

  • they're good but I prefer gerard butler's version

  • Their voices say it all~~~

  • This, my friends, is what this song would sound like when sung by Raoul.....

  • these guys need a baritone

  • Came here from an Il Divo video. These guys sound...nice. They need to romance the camera, or put more power in their notes.

  • I agree with you sunset they put no feeling behind it at all

  • Ew.... it is quite a demanding song, but... ew

  • Oh god. Way to make the song all pop-like. I mean this song is so emotional and they are speeding through it as if it's a love ballad. None of these guys have like any vibrato at all. Without any vibrato songs sound cheap. They are better singers than butler but butler put so much emotion into his performance that it didn't even matter that his voice wasn't superb.

  • John Owen Jones scoffs at their foolish quartet-ism.

  • Not as bad as I thought... I like it =) But I like the version of gerard butler better because he has a stronger voice. And the version of Uwe Kröger, a german phantom. He has a wonderful voice. <3

  • Four of these guys beats ONE Ramin Karimloo!

  • They are like a new version of COLOR ME BADD.

  • Yeah they should of sang the whole song.

  • their voices r nice

    and their hot

  • I would've liked this better if they had kept the whole song

  • nagyon..nagyon :):)

  • frumos...fara cuvinte

  • Too much cheesyness here. This song is supposed to be sang by a disfigured man who's only hope of getting the girl is through his music, in a cold underground cave. Not on the banks of the river Thames sang by four guys who have as much passion as a wet flannel

  • WHO ARE THIS LOOSERS!...THEY THINK THEY'RE IL DIVO..PATHETIC!

  • @isaacmmoreno HEY!! They tried! You can do better? Well show us!

  • Listening to Gerard Butler sing this song made me cringe over and over

  • @Paul4Mayer82

TOTALLY agree whit you, he was not made to sing that song at all!!

  • @cristyanne No way! You guys didn't like it? I thought he did such a good job! I loved his voice very much.

  • @guitaro321 In my opinion, Michael was good, but he can't hold a candle to Ramin Karimloo. These guys are all Ramin's friends, and they never intended to simulate the Phantom's performance; they are just offering this song up, and some other theatre tunes, in a different way so as they can stand alone. I love it!

  • instant *dislike*. happily take Michael Crawford/Gerald Butler anyday to recite this song. they sound weak.

  • not nearly dramatic enough.... nice, but eh. it's a good cover but i would like more of a dark, dramatic tone rather than the 'cheerful christmas' air.

  • Well I like it. Thumbs up guys.

  • ACK.ummmmm no..no...and..hell no.

  • Pretty voices, but the emotion that people like Michael Crawford put into it isn't here. They're just singing. Michael FEELS the song.

  • @Silverspot12 Frankly, I'd rather listen to emotionless of these guys than Michael Crawford... This is the best version I've ever heard... :D

  • Sorry.. no go here. What are you doing? Making this song a boy-band kinda thing?? This is to be sung by ONE voice feeling every lyric deeply..

    Terrible is what this is!

  • 还没有star académie 唱的好

  • FANTASTIC!

  • I love this as a quartet.... I just love Teatro

  • ouah trop beau !

  • geez. there are FOUR of them singing, yet I can't feel any power at all. they make the song lose its deep and powerful meanings :(

  • I wish I could get this version on my iPod! I love Teatro

  • Este grupo tienen excelentes voces, pero es una replica de IL DIVO, hasta en el look de cada uno de ellos.

  • the only way this could be worse is that justin beiber (or what the heck his name is) singing it.........

  • It was like 4 phantom droids singing...It was just too weird!

  • yeah, one of MY favourite songs too... totally destroyed by FOUR PEOPLE doing worse than any one man before them.... GERARD BUTLER PUTS YOU ALL TO SHAME.

you guys have hidden behind a harmony or two... no performance, not an ounce of romance... you need an ACTOR to PERFORM this tune with PASSION. the phantom has spent nigh on thirty years under the opera house alone, only speaking through letters and to christine through his music. he meets her, and its instant LOVE. You need to feel this!

  • simply amazing i can't believe it...one of my fav song <3

  • so the 4 of them share a girl?

  • @BigDandfriends Kinky...

  • this sounds like pop music to me ..think third and forurth are best

  • Good, but Michael Crawford is best

  • nossaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa canta muitooooooooooooo

  • Just so you all know Michael Crawford is the best, these guys and even Butler cant even hold a candle to him. Crawford was the original phantom and allways will be the phantom

  • The second guy, Simon Bailey was the best raoul ever in my opinion. His voice is just fantastic in All i ask of you.

  • this looks like a coffee comercial! :p

  • no one can live up to even a 1000000000000000 th of gerard butler!

  • the second guy who sings is simon bailey he played raoul in phantom in londons production

  • I like gerard butler's voice more, but these guys harmonize pretty well.

  • i dont know

but i only think of il divo when i watch this =/

  • @gigileungty96 Me too.!! O.O

  • the backround is Vancouver~ <3

  • Is this singing or reading?

  • hey, would you look at how many people have a terrible twitch and seem to move the mouse to the dislike button. Wither that or the music is so good that their head falls off their shoulders and clicks the dislike button. any number of things could have happened to explain this absurd hatred for good music. Thumbs up if you agree

  • jl divo et toni braxton

  • Comment removed

  • michael crawford was a bit nasally and high for the beautiful seduction of the song...these guys do a beautiful job of harmonizing...

  • Beautifull...

  • fair attempt but this song was only meant to be sung by one person, preferably someone with a mask on his face

  • they sang it very well, but i dont think they captured the emotion that should be there well enought

  • david cook studio version is sooooooooooo much better<3

  • When gerry sang this, the 'touch me, trust me' was a hell of alot sexier.

  • Comment removed

  • NO NO NO NO O NO NO NO NO NO this is not right, no matter how harmonically well they sounded. This song is musical theater not POP. And it is a SOLO (hint) gosh.

  • Comment removed

  • mmm not bad

  • The "BEEEE!" sounded awesome :)

  • Anyone else here dislike this VERY much? >_> As JAyala7293 said, "it's a solo". I can't stand for people to try and make such beautiful pieces of music into crappy Pop stuff. But, this is just my opinion as well.

  • o.o who are these guys. Their wonderful.

  • Ha, 4 of them makes one Gerard Butler.

  • Comment removed

  • @SuperLarry25

No, four of them make Michael Crawford, who is INFINITELY better than Gerard Butler!!

  • @FJDAfamily Wrong again! it takes 1000 of them to make Michael Crawford!!!! THAT IS AN INSULT TO MICHAEL CRAWFORD!!!!

  • @SuperLarry25

Point taken. I just understood your first comment. I agree, Michael Crawford is much better than my previous statement suggests.

  • @SuperLarry25 and not even 20 million gerard butlers make one Gary Mauer.

  • @SuperLarry25 Gerard Butler can't touch these guys - these guys have realy talent. :)

  • @SuperLarry25 100 GErik's < Micheal Crawford

  • @SuperLarry25 LOL Gerard Butler

  • THey have very very good voices, but not Broadway material. : /

I also don't think that this should ever be sung in a group. Its a solo. That's why there is only ONE legitimate divisi in the entire peace, which is the high A flat on "Be", and a few other ad libs. Octave divisis don't count, but hey that's me.

  • @JAyala7293 "soar" is also an Ab

  • @JAyala7293 One of them has just finished playing Raoul in the West End production and for 2 years was a fantastic addition to the cast

  • @JAyala7293 they've all played leads on broadway before apparently

  • @JAyala7293 so what is the other note that could be hit instead of that high A flat?

  • @JTROCKAA12 instead of the A flat they can hit the low A flat, a D flat or an F

  • @JAyala7293 a low D flat or low F right? or it does matter since up the octave is up the octave?

  • @JTROCKAA12 the low Db or low F, yes. I doubt any of them have a high Db or High F, that'd be insanity haha

  • @JAyala7293 my school is doing phantom and we recieved all the music. it's written with 7 sharps in act one and then 5 flats in down once more. still exactly the same

  • @JTROCKAA12 It's because there is a key of C#, which has 7 sharps. But if it's written in Db, then they hit a Db, if in C# they hit a C#, same note, but makes no real difference unless you're playing it.

  • @JTROCKAA12 also, isn't music of the night all in sharps? so technically it's a high G sharp their hitting.

  • @JTROCKAA12 The song is written in the Key of Db (D flat, 5 flats on the staff) so its an Ab

  • @JAyala7293 Would it not be nice if there are four phantoms?

  • Comment removed

  • I love the quartet sound! The four of them sound positively hypnotizing!

  • @FJDAfamily if you think this is hypnotizing, you should listen to Il Divo. this group is ok, but Il Divo is far superior.

  • like the song but i dont like how these men sing the song.. it lacks the emotion..

  • With the song, and the way they were walking at the beginning, my first thought was how gay they were lol. But wow! What voices!

  • The harmony is great but the rest is not as moving as Gerard Butler

  • They sing it to fast. It's not bad, it's just not quite right. The guy who sings at 2:19, 'The power of the music that I write,' gets the closest to what it's supposed to feel like.

  • Comment removed

  • this song is supposed to be very passionate and seductive but they sing it too emotionless and carefree...

  • mmmm por que lo hacen parecer casi un villancico si es el tema de un "mostruo" perturbado tratando de conquistar a una inocente???? no me queda claro... mejor hubiesen cantado Nsinc o los BBoys daba lo mismo...

  • They have great voices but it's still nothing to what Gerard Butler brings to this song.

  • im crying is that ok?

  • the second guy is the one who did the best the other ones have great voices but like MsMarulinka says they dont understand the song

  • umm r they gay i got that vibe eww >.<

  • bravo TEATRO'S you inspired me....

  • gay

  • @Kirty7 omg u finally came out of the closet congrats

  • @CelticthunderRules I'm not english, and so I don't understend what do you mean with that...

  • nice number, make's me think about London!

  • como se llama este grupo???

  • Isn't one of these guys SIMON BAILEY? Like-- SIMON BAILEY... Raoul... from POTO?

  • @DarthxErik OH MY GOD :O

  • @DarthxErik yeah it is but he's left poto and now is performing in a play called passion in london :)

  • @DarthxErik Yes, it is!! He's amazing!!

  • Wow...they took my breath away

  • That machoness the phantom usually exudes throughout Phantom of the Opera....it's not here.

  • Very standard, not emotional voices..

Idea is okee, but it's not working for me.

  • I don't understand how so many people can miss the like button.
