@StudiosGunslinger Spot on. Since the Rivarossi Heisler and the Wiseman conversion kit are both rare, I was very happy when I found a completed one on ebay UK.
Since this video I have removed the coal put on the 3rd truck and painted the smokebox grey.
Wiseman Model Services conversion kit I presume?

@hiesler The Hiesler locos are hard to find indeed. However, the last I checked, the WMS website had the conversion kits in stock.
