  • Primal?

  • part of the reason your cheese is good is happy goats:)

  • I'll take 'ARTISANAL CHEESE' for 400, Trebeck.

  • BTW;

    I would clean your barn AND the milking equipment, for a nice piece of cheese.. :-)

  • BRAVO to you for not having a stinking COMMERCIAL in your video. I love small batch cheeses, and i am sure yours is extremely tasty!!

  • IS that hay or CORN ?

  • What you see her feeding them is hay. They also eat outback in the pasture. When they are being milked they get a grain mixture. Overall they are very healthy and are well cared for. I think you can get a sense of that in the video!

  • Cute Goats. And the people at River's Edge seem wonderful. I've become very interested in maybe getting a couple pet milking goats and would love to make a little bit of cheese. If anyone out there has more advice or information, or even confirmation that cheese can be made from as few goats as 2, your feedback would be very sincerely appreciated. Great video. THANK YOU!

  • I make goat cheese on a small commercial scale in England.

    You can make pressed cheese using 1-2 gallons of milk. You can freeze milk and later use it for cheese.

  • You can make cheese from one goat

  • Is FARMSTEAD really defined legally as cheese made on the farm where the animal produced it?
