  • Nice video!

  • i like trains ;)

  • Very nice footage about, this place. This is a very good video about trains and the information about the place where this is happening.

  • Mate if it was top gear style, they'd blow up the trains or drop a piano on them.. trust me

  • I like this. It's very well done. Hone your technique a bit more and you could start producing these as professional DVDs. Picture quality is good. Editing is good. Compared to railway DVDs I have from the 1980's & 1990's, German railways are looking a bit rough around the edges now - faded paint, grass on the track, graffiti everywhere. Or am I just turning into a grumpy old man?

  • @lensarea

    thanks!

yes, there is a lot of graffiti, probably because the station is in the middle of nowhere.

Passenger trains however hardly have graffiti.

And on the Berlin S-Bahn they put big orange stickers on graffiti-painted trains that say "this train has been damaged - we will remove the graffiti as soon as possible!."

Sehr Gut

  • feinipopeini!

  • I quite like this. The variety and intensity of the rail traffic allows your creative freedom to come to the fore and retain interest. Whilst I have not done anything like this I am experimenting with two cameras and the editing process to add interest to watching just the one train pass. I will post a video response for you to see.

  • I shall go to Genshagener Heide the next time I am in Berlin

  • very nicely done

  • I found it rather interesting.

  • I like it very much. It gives a good insight to railroading in Germany, to those of us who live elsewhere. (The US in my case.) Thank you very much for posting it.

  • I enjoyed the video. It certainly looks like ' the forgotten station '.

  • I love this video but then all your video`s are excellent...

  • Excellent video! Thank you!

  • Jeremy Clarkson and his dry humour!!

  • I think you've made something superbe !!

Good work with al those different angles.

  • Hi !

    Daumen hoch.

    Gruß Thomas

PS warst Du denn jetzt schon mal in Fangschleuse gewesen ?

  • @Baureihe1031

    hallo, danke!

Nein, bislang war ich noch nicht da.

  • On the whole, very good. Good camera locations, good cut-aways. But I really do not like the non-vertical camera shots and definitely not the filtered ones! Great location for freight watching. :)

  • it was ok but the changes of coloration towards the end was unpleasant but hej, just me.

  • I enjoyed it very much. The different angles and filtering techniques make it visually interesting as long as it's not done to the extreme.

  • Realy nice this time ;) Many 155's also!And a Schnabel wagon!great!

  • I don't like it, as I don't like Top Gear. This style seems to be geared towards people with some kind of attention deficit disorder that get bored unless shots change every 3 seconds. :S

  • @grywacz

hahaha...yes, you´re right concerning the attention deficit disorder...

Especially Jeremy always needs someone to talk down on or to make s.o. look bad.

  • Very watchable. More please !

  • Where's James May? lol

  • I like.

  • Hello from USA -I am Very impressed as even the freight trains in europe are very Scenic and CLEAN from vandalism and Grafitti Damage..Iam also amazed to see such Use of Overhead wire -catenerary Powering of Frieght trains. ,,also Not used in the USA and replaced by deisel Locomotives. The Rail system of the USA is Just USED and,,Never updated or Improved, and now at this time--it is starting to fail the users of it. Major equiptment failures and bridges on the verge of collapse are Known fact

  • I like this!! It's most interesting way for expression.

  • Perhaps you need " a star in a reasonably priced train"

    Nice work

  • Brilliant! Love the vid!

  • Great video well put together

  • Nice. It really looks like Top Gear!
