i only read a few of the comments.....the officer appears to be a rookie, so many mistakes, not able to control the situation, true the male was angry but the officer failed to show any compassion, based on what I have seen I hope the courts overturned or dropped prosecution, the officer at the time needed more training and hopefully has received the training or is no longer a officer.

Have to say also to considering how old and frail with multiple health problems this guy had he didn't seem to have any problems putting up a struggle with the much younger officer.
I see no mistreatment here. The camera doesn't show what went on in front of the officer the moment he went hands on. From there he told the guy he was under arrest and the guy continued to resist. When you told you're under arrest, do what your told and argue your case in front of a judge or make a complaint later. If you struggle, argue, swear, and act like a jerk you're going to end up on the losing end every time. The officer was pretty polite all things considered.
