There isn't a need to have millions of planes, it's also far to0 expensive to have a large number of planes because each B2 costs about 1 BILLION a pop.

And all of the nations that were too afraid to fight Britain directly, allowed us to be their proxy. They supported us with troops and ships and arms. We not only thrashed Britain, but evened the field for other nations.
