Right, there was a real fire at the school that day. The reason for the alarm in this specific video clip is unknown, but probably releated to the fire events that occured earlier that day. I'm assuming it was a "test" to make sure the alarm system still functioned and/or could be related to other things that I'm not 100% aware...

@RChris173 It could be possible they have not yet reset the system after the fire. When we had an HVAC fire at my work after it was safe to go back in the alarm did sound then they announced we were not to evacuate and that the alarms had to be reset. Then 4 days later the alarm company tested the alarms throughou the building.

It wasn't a fire drill. There was an actual fire that occured and I believe that this was a test alarm done on purpose by the fire alarm workers as this was about 3 hours after the fire.

The other videos were the alarms on the exterior of the building. They are probably a different speaker than the ones inside the building. Inside, it is a bit higher pitched than the lower pitched ones outside. Possibly to allow the sound to travel further outside?

mine also has a siren and a bell that goes off at the same time in every class room if theres a real fire which for some reason there always is... but only the bell goes off in a drill.. who knows.... my school is gay so w/e
