Take a look at my build video. It's the front suspension and steering from atv. Then I built a frame, added u-joints for the steering and mounted the motor. the powerwheels is just the shell.

They are Red LED lights. The don't look it on the video for some reason. There is a set of running lights and another set above them that come on when the brake is applied
