A good place to start your search on a good canidate would be to understand why we are really at war. Take time to look at who is benefiting for all this Oil and weapons development. That said, we can only do what we can to stop potential/radical threats against us or allies. What we need is all information and military departments working together to stop things before they get outta hand, instead of division between organizations. I love this Iowa voter!! He finally said to Gingrich what no other Republican would! I disliked Gingrich the moment he cowed to the media in the 90's, and now I REALLY dislike him for endorsing blue-blood Rhinos and turning his back on Tea-Partiers. I can't stand Newt/glad he's leaving but I started researching Ryan's plan.The main thing Republicans stand against is 'NO NEW TAXES' (read our stupid lips etc.) If GOP is speaking about RAISING RETIREMENT to 70, isn't that the same as RAISING TAXES ON AMERICANS?Doesn't this mean that rather than retire happily at 65 people will have to WORK and pay TAXES FOR AN EXTRA 5 YEARS?Anyone chime in here (maybe I'm missing something) I smell BS on this.I have no party affiliations but alergic to crap.

@rleary1 Not trying to be an ass here, but no one complained about the good times when the HUGE economic bubble that was building up made gravy, and now that the bill has to be paid, sacrifices will have to be made. While I'd love to see all public radio/television funding to stop immediately along with the end of public monies going to the national endowment of the arts, etc., it simply won't be enough to pay back the giant bill that BOTH parties are responsible for. Here comes the pain!
