I dunno, seems like a big departure from using a mouse - I also don't mind having to pick up the mouse to turn around, as it only takes a split second.

it never does. Thats another reason why this is better than the mouse. The mouse you have to pick up, this keeps going.

Oh, so turning around is like using a mouse when the thing is close to the center, but when you move the thing farther away from the center, it turns like a joystick. That's how I'm imagining it would be. Is this right?

I can see people playing better with it if they turn the recoil down. It's cool to have it all the way up for fun (like you) but have you tried practicing with it turned all the way down?

That's really awesome. I imagine that in multiplayer games, although it would feel more lifelike, it would actually give you a disadvantage to mouse-players because they don't have to feel the recoil that you do. I would still get this, though. Would be cool to play some Left 4 Dead with it.

Seems pointlessly complicated. This felt a bit more like you were trying to teach geriatrics how the thing works than it was about anything else. No, wait, I take that back, it also felt like you were showing off, too. "Gee it's just like the force feedback stuff!" It's a good thing you didn't pay a dime for this, because I know that I could pay half the cost for that thing on a normal laser mouse and play eighty times better and with considerably less complication.

Well, I heard a person say the reason why most people prefer the mouse is because you've been using it for 10+ years, and have gotten use to it.

I use the mouse more than this, and am better with it, so don't get me wrong, but I must say the falcon, if mastered like the mouse, generally should make you play better because it has more features...

A bit, that's why they have the pistol attachment for FPS games. Originally when this came out it had it's own mini games, but now they have this pistol thing that I willg et soon.

no, but I play hard and the recoil is on max so it does move A tiny bit, and I don't like that.

It would be good if you could post some videos of yourself playing just ot see wether it can hold up under combat.
