A large portion for his FPS is the fact he's not using a program like FRAPS or Xfire to record, which feels like it cuts your FPS in half. You can hear him clicking, which means he's recording his moniter.

It's also nice to use lower graphics on Audiosurf since there's simply not as much extras to get in the way.

The 'ticking' sound you hear are my choice of sound effects. I leave them on because I find them somewhat helpful.

Besides, I uploaded a 30fps video, because YouTube converts it to 30fps anyway, so I figured there's no use for me to bother uploading a file twice the size.

I'm quite sure that Joss is not involved in "The Guild". It's Felicia only. Joss does know Felicia though and he is quite fond of her, too. (She acted several times in Buffy and once in Dollhouse and Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog) This might be the reason why Joss-Fans get to know "The Guild". Furthermore the director and the writer of the music was Jed Whedon, brother of Joss Whedon. Felicia wrote the lyrics. And yes, Joss is awesome :)

It's a puzzle-ish game. I have some videos of it too. There's many different modes. The one he's playing it called Pointman Elite (The Elite just means it's the hardest version of Pointman).

Pointman's special skill is it can pick up cars (the blocks he's running into) and drop them into different lanes when he wants.

The ultimate goal is to get 3+ of each colour touching so they vanish and turn into points. Bigger clusters, bigger points.
