@6393dude ok I play guitar myself, both electric and acoustic, though I can't call myself great. I play Fingerstyle on steel string to be exact, it's a bit different from classical style but similar, so I believe I know what's hard about classic. Classic mostly requires your right hand technique, and various chords with weird positioning for your left hand. As for shredding, metal beats classic by far in speed. Professional can play classic very fast, but they won't reach Metal speed!

With hardwork quite a few can play as clearly and fast as him but to actually play like him probably none. When I heard that Pitrelli is the Friedman's replacement I was super excited. Being a huge Mustaine/Friedman fan I was waiting for an album with Pitrelli who is super guitar hero as Friedman, Satriani, Vai and etc :). the best guitar work was on 'The World Needs A hero" The solos on 'Disconnect- '1,000 Times Goodbye','Recipe For Hate...Warhorse','When', and 'Dread And the Fugitive Mind' are epic,I would say the best overall solo is the one Dave does on 'Burnt Ice' I have heard every solo and Dave just destroys 'Burnt Ice'..'Into The Lungs Of Hell' was epic too...Al Pitrelli needs to get more credit...his solos were good too...just print up the lyrics if you don't know who is who and they point out the solos.
