you really have to know how hard he is hitting that neck, most people go it's just low action, but he's not playing one of those steve vie guitars, he's playing basically a strat with a humbucker,set up nice.. i wish i had that guitar, my strat with a humbucker has a floyd rose but they put no money in the guitar itself. sometimes you just got to blow of some steam and play some van halen riffs...but when i use my whammy out of tune every damn time....

Eddie and Jeff Beck are Numbers ONE and TWO! NO ONE comes close to those two! I was the focus puller/first Camera Assistant on the handheld camera on the stage covering Eddie from five feet away! I was 26... had played guitar since I was 11... I thought I was dead and in Heaven!

I remember being a little 6 year old wannabe of my dad who is also a guitar player and he had this on vhs tape and I completely wore it out to the point where I couldn't even watch the damn thing let alone this part of it thank god we have dvds now cuz we both have our own copy and as cliche as this sounds this particular evh solo was life changing for me long live evh even tho he's secretly an asshole to some people
